Quick pit stop to grab a quick bit on a road trip. I wanted the veggie patty sub but this location did not seem to offer it. So I Ordered the meatball sub instead and it was decent. The meatballs did not seem to be fresh though. This subway also had a pizza joint inside so you got another choice to eat apart from a sub.

Probably the nicest Subway I’ve ever been in. Counter people went out of their way to help us use our coupons correctly and were most patient and accommodating to these two seniors having trouble with the menu. Always smiling and engaging in conversation while making our order. The sandwiches were constructed as if they were making them for themselves instead just slapping them together, carefully placing the meats and condiments and asking pertinent questions about any extras we might want. I don’t know who the owner/manager is but they are fortunate to have these two employees. They would be an asset to any organization. This visit was 9/2/25 around noon. Thanks again for making the lunch break on our road trip a memorable one.

Excellent service at this subway, the manger is very polite and has great attitude. I highly recommend this subway in othello. They always get me what I want and make sure my expectations are met. Also Jesus is respectful and great customer service making sure I leave happy with my meal. Both of these staff members deserve raises!!

These guys are a traditional pit stop on my way across the state. They always do a great job of taking care of me. Only down side is they share with a gas station. I do recommend stopping in there.

Every time I try to get that foot long cookie they don’t have and one time they had some supposedly they come frozen and need to be thawed and none were thawed out so I couldn’t get one pretty dumb its been out this long and still have not got to try it

One star is generous. The young lady working had ZERO customer service and was so rude!!! I asked about a new sandwich and she said she didn’t know just look at the menu. Also – no turkey available for another sandwich option. It continued to get worse so my friend and I decided to move ion to Burger King where we received excellent customer service!!! Clearly someone who didn’t appreciate her job. Hopefully she moves on and not ruin this store’s reputation.

One star is generous. The two boys working just now had ZERO customer service. There were no people, nothing was prepped, and because all they were doing was nothing, they had to turn down service (no lettuce?). In times like this, get rid of people with that kind of work ethic, and bring in employees that are willing to work. It’s a waste of a stop.

GREAT staff very nice to deal with. the sandwiches are 100% grade A,
BUT IT SEEMS THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF BREAD, I am a truck driver and i get there at 6pm and most of the time they are out of bread so i give them a 5 star ratting for a GREAT sandwich and a 2 star ratting overall for almost always being out of bread
