I visited this Subway location and had a very disappointing experience. The sandwich I received did not look right at all and was very different compared to other Subway locations I’ve been to. The quality and presentation were noticeably worse, and it didn’t feel up to Subway standards.

I tried to be polite and understanding, but I could tell something wasn’t right. On top of that, the employee had a small child with her behind the counter . I understand motherhood, but it felt unprofessional and unsanitary in a food service environment.

When we went back to ask for a refund so we could go to another Subway location, the employee was very disrespectful and refused to give our money back. She didn’t try to understand our concern or offer any solution.

Overall, this location does not meet the quality or professionalism I expect from Subway. I would not recommend this location. The right side subway sandwich was from this location and left side was from another subways location and you can see the big difference!

I did a mobile order, on 1/17/26 he bought it from my pregnant wife who’s wanted Subway for a while. Didn’t look at it because it was a mobile order. Got back to the house. It was missing and lacking everything. This is the most disappointment. You could get especially when you have a pregnant girl who’s craving one thing.And just disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend this subway because they don’t really care.How stuff is made or even read?What you wanted. It’d be a hundred percent honest if I could do negative stars, I would from this experience.I won’t be going to subway no more. And this is the second time i’ve went here to this one. The last one was honestly a disappointment, too. I just thought maybe the place could change, but no, they got worse.

Finally came here again after noticing the sign back up! Did an online order. Staff is very friendly, order was ready a few mins after the “set” time but that’s totally okay! They were making sure they had everything correct (which I appreciate), and mentioned they were still getting their bearings, will be ordering from here again

There is usually only one or two people working, so service is pretty slow if there are customers ahead of you. We waited for about 25 minutes to order on this last visit because there was only one lady working. The food is good if they make it in front of you, but when I’ve ordered online for pickup I find that it’s sloppy and hastily thrown together, so I’ve had to eat my sandwich with a fork. I had bought a foot long churro once and it ended up being so dry that I threw it away. The people who work there are polite and friendly, but I think they’re very understaffed at times.

So I have been coming to this location since I moved here back in 2019, pre-covid. The store, which is NOT a corporate store, but rather a franchise overall inside the circle K. This used to be a really good place for a subway sub. The prices, until recently, used to be cheaper than all the other franchise and corporate locations. They used to be the only store open late, but the other stores have now adopted the 10 pm close time as well. The store ever since I have been coming here has always been clean and for the most part the employees are friendly and helpful. Like any other business, you get a few bad ones now and again, but overall, it’s a decent mix. The only issue is that sometimes, when you order online or through the app, they either don’t read the notes well or are too rushed to read them at all. Usually, I have to call them prior to picking up to make sure that they made it correctly.

Everytime I come to this location I get a naked sandwich. If I spend $20 I don’t want to come home and finish building the darn thing. I got like five slices of turkey on a foot long tonight and a couple shreds of lettuce and a couple pieces of spinach. Even though my order said to put a small amount of sauces on if- it was drenched in sauces. I order d on the app and the kiddo went in to grab it because I didn’t bring my wheelchair, so a 15 yo had to deal with the problem. It also wasn’t toasted like it was supposed to be. It’s getting old. Subway is like the only fast food I can eat because of my health issues. I just found out they said they can’t put the regular amount of turkey on the sandwiches because of a strike, and I wish I had known before I ordered the sandwich. I ended up calling the subway on Kennewick Ave. And asking about the ‘strike’ and whether or not they’ve been holding back on ingredients and he said that’s ridiculous and it’s not a thing. So I ordered there and I’m more than satisfied.

THE PRICE ON EACH ITEM IS WRONG.
DOUBLE CHECK AND ASK PRICES BEFORE ORDERING.
EXAMPLE: MY SANDWHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 7.29 + TAX.INSTEAD I GOT CHARGED 8.76 +TAX .
WHEN I ASKED , I WAS SIMPLY TOLD NOT THERE FAULT ITS COOPERATE PROBLEM COULDNT DO ANYTHING. No refund of difference or anything.

The food here is good
the staff was professional
And was helped quickly .
