I was in to get my family dinner on the night of graduation for our local high school (6-10-22) and when I got in there was a decent line, come to find out the gal working was the ONLY one working! She was having very large orders and the line behind me kept getting longer, by the time if finally got my food and left the store was completely full and no help for her in site! She did an amazing job and handed every customer with great service and speed! I truly hope she herself got ALL of the tips that day because she absolutely deserves EVERY PENNY!

So the manager named Samantha was in the back as me and my group ordered 5 sandwiches and multiple other people showed up. Everyone had to wait. The man who served us literally did an amazing job trying to quickly do our sandwiches. However this lady did not do anything to serve anyone and even gave him a dirty look when she came out. This makes me unbelievably angry. This poor guy was getting swamped. I would only go to be served from this guy but I ever see this manager trying to serve me I will walk out.

It gets very busy at the same times every day Monday through Friday especially during lunch hours. They really need to have a second person working earlier probably need to start them around 10 or 10:30 am so there isn’t a huge line and people have to wait 15 or more minutes to get served. The people are friendly and everything is fine but the staffing/scheduling needs help A LOT!

A friend took a few orders for lunch while we’re ar a craft show. He showed a text to the clerk of what I wanted. A foot long BLT on flat bread, with provolone cheese, cucumbers, onion’s & ranch dressing. I got, flatbread, bacon, provolone, onions & cucumbers. No tomatoes, no lettuce & no ranch dressing. For the $13.69 price. This was the worst subway sandwich I have ever had. Ever!! I’m at the craft show for the weekend. So I can’t go back in. I do not recommend the subway in College Place WA.

They need to hire employees that want to work it’s clear that they don’t want to and just want to sit on their phones. I just think customer service is important when your going somewhere to eat pretty bad here when it comes to that unfortunately.
