I was traveling back home to the Seattle area and used my app to order ahead. I arrived at the facility which appeared to be clean and well kept. I waited in line behind a couple of old guys who were joking and talking with the young man behind the counter. He was very engaged, paid attention to what he was doing and overall left me with a good feeling about this establishment. Once it was my turn, he was very attentive in finishing up my order and making sure everything was just right. I have worked in customer service my whole career and as a business owner I feel it is important to let others know when someone provides excellent customer service, which he did. I did not catch the young man’s name, but he was working on Saturday 10/25 at around 430-5pm.

Like to do a review for Taman love ordering my subway with him. He’s a nice guy N patience when you’re explaining him what you want on your sandwich. really good manners respectful to people. I never leave disappointed five stars to him. good job bud. Keep up the good work.

Shocked at how nice of a Subway this is. Super modern. Took a bit longer than other Subway’s for them to build a sandwich but it was worth the wait. They’ll work out the kinks. Give it a go!

Great sandwich! Had a gentleman and a woman working. Felt bad for the male employee as the female couldn’t seem to get off her phone at the counter. He did the greeting and made an excellent sandwich! Overall good food, clean atmosphere, would order here again!

We were passing through on our way home from Colorado. Sarah, the AMAZING employee, provided us with EXCELLENT customer service. Fast, friendly, and could actually carry on a conversation. Definitely an asset to your store. Even though it was a little out of our way, we’d return because the service was so good. Customer service DOES make a difference!
