Placed an order online but when I went to pick up my order I found my drink selection (Diet Coke) was not only not available, there wasn’t even Diet Pepsi, just Pepsi Zero. Manager appologized and gave me a bottled drink at no charge (which was nice). Just wish I’d known before ordering that my drink selection was not available.

can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Jarod and Miranda at Subway! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to making sure everything was done perfectly. You can tell they genuinely care—not just about the food quality, but about the entire customer experience. They worked together seamlessly to keep the store clean, the line moving, and every sandwich made just right. It’s rare to see that level of pride and attention to detail these days, and they both absolutely deserve recognition. Subway is lucky to have them, and I hope they’re being considered for leadership opportunities—they’ve certainly earned it!

Worst customer service ever the manager and the customer employee the employee waited until last minute prepping the sandwich to tell me that they were out of the hot honey. When it’s his job to mention that before hand. I said would have been nice to know before hand he grabbed the sandwich and tossed it behind him on the other counter mananger said be nice I was being nice. This subway keeps going down hill every single time. Sad used to be my favorite.
