Visited store on 9/15/22 at 6:25pm. When I entered store, girl behind the counter was preparing sandwiches on a mobile order. Looked like she may have been the only employee in the restaurant. I stood there for approximately 6-7 minutes while she finished the order. Girl never acknowledged me until she finished order. Just a good tip on customer service: Always acknowledge waiting customers so it doesn’t seem like you are ignoring them. When girl finally asked me for my order she did a great job preparing my sandwich.

The guys working at the counter was great but he is over worked and has no help. Was talking to other customers and mentioned he hasn’t had a day off in 16 days and for the most part works solo. This dude deserves better from an establishment that has been around for as long as subway has. My mobile order was slated as ready when it was just getting started when I arrived, again due to the fact that actual customers had arrived first, which is understandable to accommodate them first but if he had another staff member working with him both my and the other customers orders could’ve been attended to. Poor subway worker. This review reflects subway and not the person who serve me. He was great. The amount he had to handle. Not so much. Give that guy a raise or time and a half for working solo.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would . I walked in and the young woman was making my sandwich and I grabbed some chips and begin to snack on them while she was making my sandwich . another young girl came in and the girl behind the counter begin to chew out the customer for not answering her fone , when she called her to tell her sandwiches were ready . then SHE THREW HER OUT ,while I was trying to pay for the sandwich she started to chew me out for eating the chips before they were payed for . I told her she was rude and she began to CUSS ME OUT . I payed for my chips and then she grabbed them out of my hands and STARTED SCREAMING at me . I couldnt believe it ,this lady had some serious mental issues , be careful you dont get this nutcase taking care of you . Its a regular subway with a nutcase in charge .

The Manager Candice of this store went out of her way to help me. Very Professional and excellent customer service!! Nice to witness a person that is genuinely kind and helpful in her approach. As I sat and ate lunch, I watched her in action with others. Subway- Hang on to this one- She’s a keeper!

I have had birthing but good experiences at this location. The foods great and the service is even better even tho it’s all new faces. I’ve been coming here for years and its always awesome. I enjoy my lunches there. It’s very childish to post negative things because you obviously have an issue with a worker. Don’t lie on people and grow up! There’s enough negative things in the world with out bashing. People cause you don’t like yourself.

I tried to go to this subway for lunch. When I pulled up, only 3 cars in front of me. Lunch is only 30 minutes for me. If I wasn’t trapped (I had a car behind me), I would’ve left and gone to BK next door. I sat in line for 42 minutes before I even made it up to the window to order!! I never ordered and drove straight out and went to BK. The car behind me left also. The truck behind her stopped to order. I went to BK. Had 2 cars in front of me. Took only 6 minutes. The truck at subway was still in line waiting. I’ll never go back and now after to answer for what took so long taking a 30 minute lunch!!

Normally there is a wait at this restaurant around lunchtime, but nothing like I experienced today. I went through drive thru, not realizing how busy it was inside, but seeing there were no cars in drive thru. I waited for close to 10 minutes at the drive thru window workout anyone ever coming to acknowledge my presence. I finally had to knock on the window, wishing I had driven off after having already waited a few minutes. They came over and mentioned how busy they were inside and took my order and it want to long after that. Food was good, as expected, but it would have been nice to have someone at least come to the window and let me know there was going to be a wait. I had been in a hurry today, which is why I went through drive thru. I understand being busy, but communicate that to the customer.
