Not sure if it’s a local thing, but the sandwiches even cost more than I’ve been paying at truck stops. I drive truck so I eat my fair share of Subway. I find the subways that I typically buy have more meat on them then what this location is putting on. The price I paid here was the price I pay for a pro sandwich at a truck stop with twice the meat. Maybe this location does not get as much foot traffic (and owned privately vs corporate) but the lettuce, tomatoes and etc seem less “fresh”.
At the truck stops they have the meat portions pre wrapped. On a regular sandwich I see them use 3 of those pre wrapped portions and it covers the length of the sandwich real adequately, whereas I had a good half inch of uncovered bread on each end of the sandwich I bought here.
I was disappointed but I needed to get home with something to eat and call it a night. I just know I won’t go back again to this location. If I buy a sandwich in town I’m just gonna go to Jersey Mike’s! At least their price and their sandwich seems to be consistent.
The only thing I dislike about Jersey Mike’s is they don’t have olives which I like on my sandwiches. I guess I’ll just go to Walmart and buy a small can of olives.
Walking out I could feel the sandwich had HALF the weight of the truck stop Subway!!

This place overworks their employees so bad! Every time I’ve been to this location is only one employee with a line of people, phone ringing and digital orders coming in and I feel so bad for them. Same for the argonne location. I hope someone at the top sees this and realizes their employees deserve better!

The owner forgot my sandwich on a door dash…I called Terry the owner called me a lair and claimed the door dasher stole it..in fact he did not and paid at another subway with his own money to get my sandwich. How dare u blame an innocent person for your mistake!! Shame on Terry the owner!!

The lady working was rude the second we walked through the door, she had three groups leave the inside of the restaurant and wait outside while she used the facilities which we were more then happy to do, but was angry and rude the entire time. One group left right away, but we had already ordered and paid online. Once we were let back in she continued being angry and rude telling us and the door dasher that was there she was out of meatballs and said she didn’t have time to make any before they closed. So we left without any food and no way to get a refund.

One person was working there during a dinner rush. My online order was prepared LAST. I waited 45 minutes in store for 2.5 subpar sandwiches. Subway is really just a predatory franchise. Quality and service is just a JOKE! Btw they DON’T honor deals because that’s how the owners penny pinch. DONT GIVE THEM OR ANY SUBWAY YOUR $!

Hands down, the worst subway in the valley. At all costs avoid this place. The help they have their is ridiculously inept they messed your sandwiches up every time and get an attitude when you correct them. I have also got sick twice eating out the specific Subway, because they don’t throw out their produce when it goes bad. Tried again a year later and it was just as bad. One rude lady working saying she was so busy w/ no ok me in the store to do an online order. Took 25 min to make 2 sandwiches w/ no one in there. This is an owner issue w/ hiring incompetent employees & only having one person working during lunch. Solid advice, don’t say the orders done when it’s not

It’s amazing that they will charge you full price for their watered down beverages because the worker is too lazy to change the fountain. Sandwiches that were toasted are still cold. Went at 1:50 Sunday April 7th. No name tag either because who needs accountability.
