Every time I order online it ends up being wrong. Maybe stop wrapping the sandwiches so we can inspect them before driving all the way home to find things like a meatball sandwich that the “artist” forgot to put meatballs on. That’s overlooking so much about the service and atmosphere, but just getting an order correct would go a long way!

Got there well early enough before closing almost an hour before they closed. We go in to attempt to order they inform us they are out of turkey, ham, bacon and lettuce. We both agreed went on to order another type of sandwich while employee was eating sandwich at table and one wawas assisting. We order food and then they regret to inform us that meat is also another one they are out of. While the conversation went let me check if we have some, guy eating sandwich “nope nope we are out of that too” but you couldn’t remember when we first entered and now you remember when I want to still order. This is a sandwich shop that doesn’t want to make sandwiches.

Visited the Newport, WA Subway a few days ago with my grandson, who needed to use the bathroom. The bathroom was DISGUSTING! He wanted lunch but after seeing that bathroom (which he refused to use and I don’t blame him) we went elsewhere. I won’t eat at a restaurant that has such disgusting cleaning habits. If the public facility is so dirty, how is the food being treated? Clean your bathrooms!

Manager was not nice, even though our sandwiches were made the way they were ordered on the website they were wrong. I took all the Vegis off and they were put right back on. Would not remake them until I wanted to talk to the owner. I ordered a beast with added bacon and pepperoni and that was the only meat on it they did not put on the ham, turkey, and roast beef. I will never use their app again or ever return to this store.

Very unhappy with this location anymore. Most the time our orders are always wrong, no ice in the machine, Soda is nasty tasting due to being out. It is like they never read the special instructions. Their app doesn’t have all the choices available to order.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Subway. Their process hasn’t changed any. They have lots of menu options for people monitoring their calorie intake. The food was fresh and very tasty. The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly.
