We had thee best service on Father’s Day. I don’t know the employees name but we were at the Davenport location and he’s the guy who has a girlfriend that raises specialty breeds of dogs. He was amazing.m and was so polite and made us so welcome. I felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant. My only complaint about the food was that 3 scoops of avocado is way to MUCH for a foot long. It overpowered the flavor of the sandwich and all I could taste was the avocado. Which is crazy, because I had 5 sauces on it. I had to scrape most of it off and in doing so, a lot of the other toppings came off and I was mostly left with bread, meat and cheese. We also got cookies and they were yummy as usual. In the future, if I ever try avocado again I’m definitely asking for LESS. But other than that, our experience was great. The guy who served us was tbete when another employee named Chrus came in and when I checked the time it was 4 pm. I really should call the store and tell them how great the dog guy was. Absolutely exceptional service. And the best service I’ve ever had there. He’d do really well in fine dining. I think he’s going places.

The kid behind the counter was not organized and really had no business being behind the counter. First off he messed up with the customers before us. He forgot to charge them. So he was dropping the F bomb left and right. Saying he was going to get fired. We ordered two $7 meal of the day deals. He charged me $30. I told him that was obviously wrong. He was adamant that was right. Again do the math. But he stood his ground. The store is a joke. This isn’t my first not good encounter. Very disappointed in this store

Maybe they are all new people or new manager/owners? Poor worker were pretty disorganized and seemed like they were just getting the hang of doing sandwiches. The restroom was clean, but the soap dispenser was not attached to anything and the roll of paper towels was on top of the dispenser. Hopefully they will improve! I did notice several people left when no one was at the counter to take their order. The sandwich that I shared with my husband was tasty!

How the hell does this place have 4 stars? Workers were cussing. Sandwich was messy. Guy talking about being on probation. Some homeless dude kept coming in and out talking to one of the workers. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I had lunch at the Davenport, Washington location January 20th. We were so impressed not only with the food but mostly with the two guys at the counter. Our order was quickly taken, top notch friendly service, tasty food and both employees had a friendly professional attitude. We did not feel like we had interrupted them, we felt welcomed and like a priority. Our past experience at this location has been way less than stellar but this visit made us want to come back.

The customer service here was very poor. I waited as the girl finished her conversation non- work related with the other employee there. I finally got to order, I ordered a salad and usually they cut the meat up first before putting into the bowl she did not then completely mashed my salad for a good 5 minutes. I told her that was enough now the lettuce is completely mashed. She said oh well the meat won’t cut up I said don’t worry about it. I’m TOTALLY disappointed completely disgusting.

I hate to write negative reviews, but when I came here I was really frustrated with several food places, including the local mart and this Subway station. I ate two Subways here (possibly ordered a third for the drive home if my memory services me correctly) and was unhappy wit the outcomes. I felt that food was really overexpensive and not particularly good quality.

DANNY, at the Davenport Subway, greeted me with a genuine smile, was attentive, proficient, and created THE MOST DELICIOUS 12″ egg and cheese flatbread sandwich. DANNY IS EXCEPTIONAL! A frequent customer of Subways throughout the area, I’ve found that it’s not uncommon for rushed personnel to slap something together, and when I go to eat it, everything slides out. NOT WITH DANNY!!! He carefully placed all ingredients evenly balanced on the flatbread, and at my request even cut my foot-long into quarters. Eating it as I drove… it was a perfect blend of flavors, and not a single ingredient fell out. THANKS, DANNY! You are a great asset to the Davenport Subway.

This was the second time in approximately 6 weeks we had stopped here on a Friday morning.
The first time, our only choices for bread were white, wheat, or flatbread. The second time, there was only flatbread. We were told both times a local sports team had stopped in the evening before and wiped them out of bread.
Both times we stopped, it was after 10:00 a.m., but there was no bread baking to get through the day either time.
The only employee there was very nice and built sandwiches as requested without us having to repeat ourselves multiple times as to the ingredients we wanted.
The business has been for sale for over two years, and not sure if this is why they rarely have many choices, if any, in the way of bread. Makes me wonder, if they know a sports team is coming through on Thursday evening, why don’t they bake extra bread on Thursday so there’s something to make sandwiches with on Fridays
Unfortunately, this is the only sandwich place to grab a lunch to go before getting to Lake Roosevelt. Not sure if I’ll go back to this place and give them a third chance, or if I’ll go to a different smSubway before leaving the Spokane/ Airway Heights area.
