I swear they mess up the orders every single time. Preordered a steak egg and cheese on flat bread…. Literally forgot to put on the steak…. Like what?! And OVERLOADED my other sandwich with what seemed like a pound of mayo…. Ugh if you can I’d recommend going to ANY other subway.

Once again the posted hours don’t mean a thing- 7:30 pm on 6/24/25 and nothing but crickets. If you’re going to close or operate hours not true to website you need to post that your bailing once again. I might add this a farming community that works till the sun sets and after a long day to drive into town for food only to see closed – not cool. Noticing Deer Park has no reliable fast food any more. Sad and disappointing

Ordered online 2 Sammie’s with double meat but didn’t get double meat but was charged .. tried calling when I got home multiple times no one answered….very disappointed in customer service and attention to detail on orders

I love subway, don’t get me wrong! But I have a few gripes about this location unfortunately. Nothing wrong with the employees I’ve come across, they’ve all been very friendly and apologetic when it comes to not having meat or veggies in stock but that’s my issue. The last 2-3 times I’ve gone there, they were out of most the veggies I like on my subs.
Their phone also isn’t connected because I try and call to ask if they have veggies in stock but it doesn’t ring, it just says disconnected number.
I live in Loon Lake, so I just go to the Chewelah one when I call ahead to confirm they have the veggies.
When they do have things in stock, I have no issues! They are always nice regardless and it’s always clean. Hopefully things get worked out soon and they can order more veggies to stay stocked. 🙂

A girl named Shylee was very rude I wanted the 5 dollar nachos which look nothing like the advertisement so I wanted to pay more to get another bag of chips and more toppings but she couldn’t so I said well then sell me 2 orders but she had a major attitude I asked for extra cheese and she said they can’t do that I literally thought sub at is your way and I have no problem paying for what I want I’m the customer and she literally kicked me out of the store she told me to just leave . I’ve never been kicked out of anywhere before nor would I ever treat a customer like this ever . I’m outraged the only reason I didn’t give the store a zero is cause it’s not an option . I’m literally crying cause she upset me so bad I don’t know why anyone like that would be manager of any store never should a customer be kicked out like that I wasn’t being violent I just don’t understand why it’s not how the customer wants subway makes money from its customers

No name tags, Gal with braided hair apologized for not having ham, lettuce or other meat. Only 1 bread choice, out of most items, chips, no ice, utensils not stocked. I was lighthearted & understood they were waiting on delivery. When asked to verify charge on receipt, a big dark haired Gal w Garlic Roast Beef t-shirt became very rude stating they just punch #s & don’t run the shop. When i asked for receipt she almost threw it away & tossed it at me. No Customer Service skills, beligerent comments. (See Full Report). Refused to give 1st names or get Mgr or name. She asked why I was still there, did not hand me my bag. Other Customers were dismayed they were out of product & said it happens here alot. See reviews. I suspect no accountability. Boy came in & same rude brunette Gal visited with him. He went out & started working under the hood of his car. She was blaming me as if I had complained there was no lettuce. “It’s people like you…” I had been pleasant but said her unprofessionalism needs to be reported or she should get a different line of work. Judging from reviews either they’re Slackers or someone needs to be on top of ordering & stocking plus TRAIN them in being polite despite the hardship.

I showed up at 10:34 to get some brunch because on the website it says open at 9am everyday and there was a piece of paper on the door that said were gone on break be back at 11:30?! So I had to wait an hour in my car in the heat this place has never not let me down

We ordered meatball subs, we were served half frozen meatballs!!! Also very dirty, floor was trashed, tables looked like they were not wiped down all day! Will not be going back!!
