I came in on a busy Friday evening. Our sandwich artist “Mica” delayed his lunch break in order to help the other employee to get caught up. We were rang up by the other employee who did not give us a bag for our 3 sandwiches. My son commented as we were getting our drinks at the fountain station how we had to carry everything without a bag. Mica heard us talking, got up from his break and brought us a bag. Mica was very polite and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Mica

There was only 1 person there, I think his name is JJ if I remember correctly. He was doing a solid job when it was just him and had huge line of customers. There’s was 4 customers when i walked in then 2 more walked in. He helped the people he was already helping and the other people left. JJ had good customer service tords all the people and kept a smile on his face! I give it 5 stars because of the good customer service.

Let me say if there is a Worst Subway then Deer Park, Wash i really feel sorry for that location.. this location never ever has enough people 1 person working at opening today 08/02/23 I ordered a number 6 she stated come back in an hour food not ready I ask for the owner , employee don’t even know who owns the place.. who ever is in charge needs to go to “how to run a business101” this place is a total joke I wish the owner was around id like to see what subway owner looks like .. but maybe there to ashame to show there face.

I like SubWay but I cannot go to this one anymore. Long lines, slow service, out of items often, and I had an older woman clean up trash with her gloves on then make a sandwich right in front of me.
