We were in Airway Heights for the day to puck up some stuff from base family. We found this little Subway and stopped. The lady that was working there around 1-1:30pm was very busy, but very kind. She got our order ready and asked if we were military or EMS. I stated I was a retired fire fighter and EMT and she said great! You get the discount! What an absolutely sweetheart! The place was clean quiet and the sandwiches we received were very good! Kuddos to your store and tour employee!! Unfortunately we had to return to Seattle.

My sandwich roll, Italian herb and cheese, was burnt so bad it was bitter. The coupon wouldn’t work on-line, tried on 3 phones, so I paid regular price when I wanted to save a few bucks. The only bright spot was I got fresh cookies. The last time I ordered from here it was one of the best sandwiches I had had in years. I had given them another chance as I had previously had an order where both of the sandwiches had burnt rolls and they forgot my footlong cookie. The price is getting too high for such poor quality. I am done with this location.

Just two people working behind the counter. Didn’t seem to be enough personnel. The two that were there did awesome though. Seemed to have been a bit overwhelmed with online orders. The food on the other hand… my sandwich was not very good. Simply because the first bite I took was a mouth full of mustard. I tried to finish the sandwich but it was difficult to get pass the insane amount of mayonnaise and mustard. I did not watch my sandwich be made. My wife ordered while I watched our children.

Hey, I wanted to give a shout out to Ashley in the airway Heightsrestaurant. She was the best. I literally walked in there a minute before closing, which is not the greatest. I felt super bad and I was trying to give her a tip, but she wouldn’t take it and she did three sandwiches.3!!!! I went online to order a pickup order. I ordered at 10am for a 12:15pm pickup. We ordered 6 sandwiches and 12 cookies. The total was over $100. When we arrived at 12:15pm to pick it up, they informed us that our order was ridiculous, and that they hadn’t even started it yet. They said to wait and they would get it together. By 1:10pm we were still waiting, when we asked if it was close to ready they again stated that the order was ridiculous and told the people in line it was 6 sandwiches, like that was so crazy to which, we said we did order it over 2 hours ago. After the order was finished and as they handed it to us they stated that the spicy Italian sandwich has only salami as they ran out of pepperoni, also had to pick a different cookie flavor. I feel like this was the absolute worst subway experience I have ever had. They were rude, slow, and un-acommadating. I will probably never come back to this subway. I was told by friends that it has gone downhill and not to go there i guess they were right.

If I didn’t door dash this I would’ve had them remake it. This is absolutely horrible. My $17 sweet onion teriyaki sandwich is absolutely disgusting looking, lettuce on basically half of it, 3 tomatoes on a foot long, almost no sweet teriyaki sauce, not toasted although I asked for it, and couldn’t even cut up the bread? It’s flat bread not a wrap by the way. Absolutely disgusting .

I was recently was in the airway heights location picking up an online order. I went to go inside and doors were locked, it was 5:05 pm, Noticed sign on door that they were closed, I began to get very upset as I had made an online order and of course already paid for it! I seen an employee inside and began knocking on the door, I was let in and was informed this employee “Anita” was very ill and needing to go to the ER. With that all being said , this amazing lady stayed and made my order, and as badly as she was feeling gave me the best service ever! She brought items back out that she had already put away to make my sandwich. She never once seemed put out or complained. Management needs to know what an exceptional person and employee they have with Anita. I hope she is feeling a lot better! Thank you Anita for your kind and best service ever! Also best sandwich ever! To management, do better on having more than one person working!
