No delivery so I used door dash…. they sent the wrong meat on my autistic son’s sandwich. Pepperoni which he’s allergic to. Then told me I was only getting refunded for the missing ham…. so disappointing. I don’t drive. I can’t replace the sandwich because I wasn’t refunded for the sandwich.

2 stars because I buy my subway in Selah but to use rewards I have to go to Yakima. Selah doesn’t participate in the special deals. So now we won’t spend our money there. Too bad because we are a family of 7. They love Subway. We take them out to one on one lunches. I have to say service is always great and the place is always clean.

Will never eat at Subway again. I got a footlong sandwich from here this evening and it was awful. The tomatoes were green and the cucumbers were bad. They were slimy and had the most awful taste! Literally made me sick to my stomach. We called in to tell them and they said we had to bring the sandwich in and they would replace it. I do not want a replacement. I just want to be refunded.

How are yall gonna have ONE guy working on a FRIDAY night. We ordered 3 sandwiches on the app, and it said it was ready, spoiler. It definitely wasn’t. Waited another 30 minutes or more before it was, NOT including the 20 or more minutes between ordering and showing up. If you can’t staff properly, just close the store. I could have gone to Yakima and back by now.

Haven’t been to a subway in a while so sticker shock got me I think the price was about 1/3 higher than my last purchase. But prices aside the service was good and my sandwich was made to my specifications.

Subway’s great if you want a ‘trusted’ or ‘consistent’ sandwich. The ‘SA’ at his subway was courteous, professional, and made it exactly as I asked. That is exactly WHY I go to Subway when I do. Consistency while being good. And she (the sandwich artist) was helpful with directions.

Best Subway in the yakima area. Veggies always look fresh. The lobby is always clean. And the employees are courteous. An added bonus they actually accept subway coupons unlike the yakima Subways
