I visited this Subway location and was disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the staff. The employee who was wearing glasses refused my request to change gloves and stated that they would not prepare my sandwich. As a result, another staff member had to step in. This experience highlighted a concerning lack of hygiene and respect. I urge management to take immediate action to ensure better standards and customer care

Have always had great sandwiches made there! Ingredients are always fresh, good condiments and the bread is fresh! People behind the counter are friendly and make good quality food! Have had issues with one of the other Subways in town, their bread seems to always be old! The one at Loves is never disappointing! Good place for subs!

Stopped in after a particularly rough day. Obviously just for food. Ethan and Morgan casually asked about our day and after briefly filling them in, they were both super kind and had some words of encouragement.
In this world its easy to be surface consoling. And had they been, in no way would I fault that. They’re there to make food not be grief counslers after all.
But their genuine concern and kind words meant ALOT to us after our day.

So the line wasn’t very long and yet it took forever then when making the bacon chicken he dropped it on the floor when he made the other one he not only forgot to add chicken he added jalapenos when WE DID NOT ASK FOR THOSE. Overall the night guy did a horrible job and I’m not happy with this at all. I will be calling the manager in the morning just to let them know how unsatisfied we are. Do better young man.

It said till 09/20. Today I asked the guys about it. They said they dont know and there’s no one to ask if the promo is on. Asked a manager about it. It was still on he said, after I leave saw a “manager” taking the sign away.

10/16 about 5 pm, I went in to get a sandwich. The shift leader, according to his name tag, asked what I wanted. I told him a turkey italiano, I’ve ordered it this way for 4 or 5 years now at subways all over the country and never had an issue, until today. He told me we don’t make those anymore. I said I realize it’s no longer on the menu, but you can still make them. We don’t make them anymore. Ok.. I’ll have an Italian bmt with turkey instead of ham. He said he’d have to charge it as a spicy Italian. I didn’t look, but a spicy italian is probably more somehow, even if it isn’t, he was just being argumentative just because. Absolutely terrible customer service from someone who has no business being in any kind is supervisory position.

I feel like the price was lower at this location compared to other Subways in Ellensburg. That said, the veggies were yuck. I didn’t bother getting lettuce because it was brown. Tomatoes looked pretty sad too. Overall, service was good.
