This has been one of the best subways I have ever gone to! The service is excellent the food always taste fresh and the employees even remember my orders! The establishment is always clean and the tables are never dirty I can sit anywhere and not have to worry about sitting in any lettuce. The employees are always quick with the food the lines are no wait at all always quick! This is definitely the best location in Yakima I refuse to go away where else!

My reason for not going back to Subway anymore. It was disgusting and I did not enjoy it.
Modern bread tastes worse these days because it’s made for speed, shelf life, and profit — not flavor or nutrition.
Old-school bread fermented slowly, which developed taste and texture. Today most factory bread is rushed through high-speed mixing, loaded with additives, sugar, and cheap oils to make it soft and last longer on shelves. The wheat is also bred for yield, not flavor. They’re saving mass money and yet they’re charging us way more. Why would we keep going back? Let’s boycott all fast food. They don’t care about our health so why should we give them our money?

This review is not just of one visit but MULTIPLE visits. I’m not usually someone to write reviews but seeing the “5 star” reviews I’m sure the manager wrote or had her friends write is HILARIOUS! let’s start with the atmosphere and food quality. The floor each time I’ve been in has been trashed with food and napkins. The soda machine and counter are sticky and covered in soda that hasn’t been wiped in hours. The lettuce is awful looking and the tomatoes are soggy and wrinkly. The bread is definitely old since I had an untoasted sandwich every time and the bread around the edges was stale and crunchy. The employees are the worst part of it though with the short girl working the lunch shift acting like she’d rather be anywhere else and rolling her eyes anytime someone asks for extras or has questions and her partner working with her acted the same way. I get that people have bad days but her attitude was terrible to, not just me, but other customers each time I went. I’m done spending money here, i recommend going to another subway or another sub shop in general as this one has no idea what there doing.

You walk up to the door, open it and immediately you are overwhelmed by the sweet aroma of fresh baked bread. As you walk up to the counter you are greeted by a smiling face who is eager to make your sandwich just the way you want it. Who is this sandwich wizard you ask? It’s Megan of course. Cute, funny, sweet, and a master of the Italian herb and cheese foot long tuna that is my own personal masterpiece. As your sandwich makes its way down the counter you can’t help but notice the care and attention that goes into it from a person who wants to be the very best at her job. As she begins cutting and wrapping your sandwich at the end of your interaction, you can’t help but feel a tinge of sadness that the experience is coming to an end. You pay and exchange pleasantries, and as you begin to walk to the door, somehow the sadness starts to dissipate just a bit. Because you know that you will be back to see that smiling face that makes that perfect sandwich that from the first bite tastes almost as sweet as the service. You rock Megan! Keep up the great work.

Great food, great employees! Always a great place to grab a sandwich. Never any issues when I go here. Meghan is such a hard worker, always a smile on her face no matter what. I am just very disappointed. I have always loved Subway, but my experiences at this one have been less than stellar each time. The bread has been stale and the lettuce brown. I know they only get so much ingredients and have to make it last, but it is not pleasant to have such staple parts of a sandwich look and taste stale, especially for $16. Along with that, out of the times I’ve been there I have only had one time where the workers were not rude and seemingly barely hiding dislike for me being there, when I don’t believe I did anything to bring on this behavior. I don’t know how I could have deserved the way I was treated when I smiled, but didn’t get one in return, and then from then on we barely exchanged any words at all. I’m done giving this subway chances, which is unfortunate because it was the closest one to me.

I came in there today and ordered a sandwich and the atmosphere was amazing. The two workers there. Ari and Megan are very nice sweet very helpful. They deserve a raise. I will continue to dine in there.

They closed dining and hour a half before closing, and mistook an oatmeal cookie for a chocolate chip cookie. There was also no sign stating the dining area closes early, and no outdoor seating so my group sat on the curb because we did not want to eat in our school’s vehicle . We visited Wednesday the 4th.

Came in last night and didnt know what i wanted. employee amy was very helpful and very kind i will most definitely be coming back again. Atmosphere was very clean and welcoming.
