The woman who was working today around 11am did such a good job. We had an online order, and of all the subways I’ve been to, she did the best with making my sandwich.

Barely worth one star. Food tasted fine but the PRICE OF MY WRAP… good grief. Didn’t know until I was being checked out that the wrap costs as much as the FOOT LONG. I paid $15.71. Look at how little this thing is!!! It was smaller than my friend’s 6” sandwich. Total rip off. Should have been told when I picked the less bread bread option that I would pay more and get MUCH less

Nice and clean with fast service. I had the Italian BMT, toasted, and it was flavorful and fresh. I did walk over to Mod pizza to eat since they have outdoor seating and better desserts.

Your typical Subway in a gas station. Nothing special or fancy. Food and service was what you would expect from Subway.

The female cashier with dark hair checked me out and took my money and gave me the chips and sandwiches, I nicely asked for a bag and she was very snippy and rude to me. She said she wouldn’t charge me for it this time but to ask for a bag before paying. The cashier should know to ask for a bag before cashing out a customer.

The guy was nice. However the way he made my sandwich and didn’t fold it over correctly (using just his hands when you are meant to use the knife). He did not listen to me when I said I didn’t want mayo. He did offer to remake it but I was not going to let the sandwich be wasted so I took it. Also my friend decided not to get a sandwich anymore because the price doubled from 2 years ago and now uses a different meat, if we wanted to use the meat that was originally on the sandwich it would cost more.
I used to love this subway when I was in high school now it’s just not okay. Also as a for.er Subway manager these wrong procedures are not the right way.

Pleasantly surprised with my recent visit to this Subway. Artisan sandwich makers, fresh ingredients and good music overhead. I walked away feeling more than satisfied!

Expired meat? Or cross contamination?
The woman who helped my wife and me was fantastic and helpful. But the food was subpar. We picked up sandwiches to go around 10 am As I was eating my sandwich en route to Kennewick something tasted a little off, I thought it may have been the taste of the vinegar and oil on the Italian sub. Later that day I was feeling sluggish and began getting headaches. I had not eaten anything else the rest of the day. Around dinner time I was feeling worse. Went to bed without eating and woke up at midnight with extreme nausea and vomiting. Was one of the worst cases of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced.
