My daughter and I both got sick after eating here. There was only one person there doing everything. He was definitively not friendly at all but I’m sure he was stressed out. The parking is right next to a sketchy apartment/kitchenette building. We will not eat here again.

This is sad I ordered 2 foot longs the exact same except one with no mayo or mustard or anything because I wanted it for lunch the next day I get home and it’s sad they gave me shreddedcheese to start with and absolutely no toppings there was 5 little slices of jalapeño for a 12 inch sub and not enough lettuce for a half or onions I will show u a Pic of my topping and u get about half the meat u used to I even called them and they said oh well thats what they are supposed to put on them what a waist 14 dollars for 2 sandwiches I will include Pic of toppings

Manager was extremely rude without reason. Me and my sister pulled into the drive thru to pick up our mobile order, obviously expecting a normal interaction. The manager asked through the speaker if we had an online order to pick up and I replied “yes”. She asked me to wait, and I with no problem said that was okay. A few minutes later, she asks what we’d like to order, so I kindly reminded her that I had two online orders to pickup. Then, with the grossest tone of voice I’d ever heard, she said “okay, so, I’d already asked you that, so you need to pay attention, what were the names?” I understand that people can have bad days, so I didn’t make a big deal about her tone and gave her the two names for the orders. When we pulled up to the window, she only handed me one of the orders. So once again, I kindly reminded her that I had a second order, to which she replied in a rude tone, “You need to tell us that beforehand”, even though I had. When we told her the name again for the second order, she claimed that there was no order under that name, and then proceeded to hand us said order a minute later. She then slammed the window on us. I myself work in customer service and find that there is no reason to give attitude to a customer unless they show you attitude first. I honestly felt very disrespected, and it’s ashamed that this disrespect came from the manager, who is supposed to set an example for her employees. I’ve never had any issues before with any of the employees, but the manager was extremely rude.

We stopped at this location for lunch and unfortunately all I can tell you is that the store was clean. There were people in the drive thru when we arrived so we went inside. We were there for 10 minutes and were not acknowledged by the young man and woman that were working. The only comment made regarding “these people” were that if we want to wait that long it was up to us. There was no effort to communicate with us what they were working on or how long our wait might be. As a business owner in this industry, if this was my staff they would be terminated. Not for making us wait, simply for the absolute disregard for the customer service part of their job. Unacceptable employee behavior and I truly hope the owner reads these and uses them as I would and do.

This location closes at 9pm. I walked In At 8:02pm. And was told he was closing the lobby to clean an hour early and if we could leave. He even stated he could help us but he felt like someone else would walk in a need a sandwich… My first and only time in this establishment.
