Young employee was overworked and obviously exhausted, but still made sure to make our sandwiches to order. Despite needing to look at the menu for directions multiple times he was very kind and polite. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE HE WAS ALONE HALF AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING WITH 7 PEOPLE COMING IN BEHIND US BUT MADE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR FOOD HE EVEN GOT A NOSEBLEED AND POWERED THROUGH LIKE A CHAMP

I’m honestly really sad about this, because my family went to this exact Subway so many times when I was growing up. Unfortunately, it just seems to not be what it used to be at all. Went in there last night with my wife, and despite being hours from close, the entire dining area was shut down. The soda machine was out of order, they were out of the bread I wanted, they were out of the chocolate chip cookies I wanted… Just had the air of simply not caring what-so-ever. Added bonus, the “six inch” spicy Italian I ordered came out a kind of sad, wimpy little cigar of a sandwich. For scale, I wear a men’s large glove, so pretty standard sized hand.
I really miss this Subway being the fun and awesome place I remember from growing up. Please, guys, try to get some of that back!

This is the second time you have catered for our office and have proven again that you can’t deliver sandwiches. First was salad and only tune wraps, this time maybe a dozen sandwiches and more fricken wraps. Don’t work and offer catering if you can’t even supply sandwiches as a sandwich shop. We are asking for the company to remove you from the catering list.

Dee makes the best sandwiches! She is always super friendly and has great customer service! Very attentive to our wants! If you go ask for Dee. Definitely worth driving all the way to East Wenatchee to have her make our sandwich (we live in Wenatchee). Our sandwich is always DEElicious 🙂 She DEEon’t miss 🙂 DEE you soon 🙂

I ordered 12 wheat turkey with mayo mustard lettuce an bell peppers. The order came 40 min later on white bread, the receipt said wheat. They also gave me 2 chips instead of the 1 I ordered. I tried to call and let them know but no answer. I tried an additional 8 times still after letting it ring 11 times no answer WTH is happening at the E Wenatchee Subway. I spent $25.00 on a sandwich and they couldn’t get the sub bread correct. Read the order for goodness sake.
