It was good? I mean it was subway but I really feel the ingredients should be colder? And with how dead you guys were like the place should be spotless the windows are gross and it’s dark in here….a baby got into the mop bucket she left on the table to go make sandwiches. It was mainly the building itself that’s off putting more cleaning less eating behind the wall. Open it up a bit get in there owners make this better! And check ur container holder for temp. Also my bf gets a lot of toppings he places a online order and it was not neat they clearly threw the stuff in there no care. Add some music too

Only issue I have with this Subway is every time I go in there my number doesn’t want to work so I can get points. And this last time the woman cashed me out before I was able to put in my number so I didn’t get my points. I know I should have a free sandwich by now. But other than that love going there

The man working tonight was such a jerk. I’ve had bad days in customer service jobs but I didn’t slam the dishes around and act like everything was a massive inconvenience. I actually felt unsafe there.

They had quite a long line. The employees were doing a good job of keeping the line moving, but they were not rushed. There were 3 people working. They each had a job, one on the register, one starting the sandwiches & one adding veggies & wrapping them.
I Only go for the veggie patty sandwich & am not fond of the new patty. It is full of peas and carrots & is super mushy, even right after being heated. Honestly if they don’t switch back I will no longer be going for sandwiches. As a long time customer I’m bummed!

Worst subway experience ever. Ordered online and it turns out they dont even sell the chips, drink, or bread that I ordered, and they initially refused to even give me chips and a drink even though it was on the reciept.

I love coming to my local subway! I really just wished the owner Ryan actually gave a shit about his employees, at least enough to have proper management that gives a crap.
Amanda you do amazing work. Thank you for being so helpful. You don’t deserve to be left in such a position.

I don’t often, if ever, leave negative reviews. And it seems from the reviews here a response isn’t likely. However, I’m a 26 year old woman living alone, pretty clinically depressed and trying my damn best. Accidently dosed myself with extra anxiety sedatives and slept the day away. Ordered food (which I rarely justify) to give me motivation to get some things done tonight. This made me sadder than I was before to be honest. I want to leave this to show y’all that I’m a real person and your work matters. If I wasn’t so damn tired all the time I might come ask for a refund

On 2-5-22, the line was literally out the door, I noticed several people leave and that was a good choice for them. The only employee on staff was tossing sandwiches together with little care, I had several unwanted vegetables on my sandwich that I didn’t ask for. So poorly stocked they had a list posted of items that weren’t available. I have known this subway to have fruit fly’s and to have very sloppy sandwich making employees, but decided to drop in on this crisis thinking maybe it wouldn’t be that bad. I was wrong. McDonald’s is a couple blocks away and if you really must have subway, do yourself a favor and go to Astoria. Don’t support this lazy shop, make it clear they need to step it up for their customers.

As I alluded to in my review of their Covid precautions, the folks there carry an air of dispassion and a lack of care in their service. Orders made online are clear and concise and translate through to their receipt printer perfectly. This fact, coupled with the appearance that they are not terribly busy (at least when I last ordered from there) makes it inexcusable that my wife was missing entire ingredients she requested, my nephew had unspecified ingredients on his and was missing those desired, and my sandwich (the incredibly simple affair pictured) lacked the extra cheese that I paid for. It is an insult to have my family’s patronage of this establishment treated with such callousness and they’ve lost our business for the foreseeable future.
