Would have given more stars but was a disappointment of a visit. Started out with a 15 minute wait to get to even talk to someone with only 1 order ahead of me there was a new guy and someone who had been there I assumed would be training the new guy but she spent her time in the back. I saw multiple people leave during my time due to extended wait. Other than the wait I had a foot long piece of bread with not very much of anything on it besides lettuce so the sand which was not very good. I’ve been to this location before but I was alot better experience before this one. Hope to see some change but the subway in Walmart in longview was a much better experience. For the record the new guy was doing as best he could and I appreciate his service but maybe a few more veggies next time.

One of the worst customer service horror stories in my life. I don’t even know where to start. The gal was working alone on a Friday at 6p. Many of us stood in line watching her make several online orders. It was obvious we weren’t going to get service for a while. When I asked her why she was alone, she glared at me. I then asked her when she would help those of us standing in line she glared at me. They were out of meatballss and that’s what I went in for. When I asked for the owners phone number she wouldn’t give it to me. 3 of us customers walked out in disgust. They will never get another dime out of me.

The sandwich artist appeared to be working alone at lunch time, poor thing, but she was really pleasant. The bread was stale though and a little chewy. Wasn’t a good sandwich, clearly not fresh. We won’t be going to this location again.

I’ve been to this one before and usually it’s great. But I went in this time and they were not busy at all. One person in there and one mobile order. They were out of the Italian herbs and chz bread and no cookies. Ice machine was broke and when I told them just got a glare and a we know. Nothing was done nor was a sign put up. Very rude customer service. Worst experience I’ve had in a while.

Did an online pick-up order. Said it would be ready at 8:05 pm. Got there at 8:08 our order didn’t even get started until 8:25 didn’t leave until 8:45 pm. And some items weren’t available in the actual location but was charged extra for it ahead of time. Great customer service though she had a very polite demeanor.
