I went in to this subway around 4pm today (12/13) and was immediately met by the rude staff. When I walked in I was asked if I was picking up an online order, when I said no the girl working scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. She then did the same to the next two people who came in after me and actually complained out loud that “of course it’s getting busy now”. I understand that working customer service can get stressful, however this is not how you handle it. If the Washougal location wasn’t closed I would have left without ordering anything. Looking at other reviews it seems this is the norm for this location sadly.

Ordered on the app. Was trying to order on the one in Washougal, but the app sent it to this store because it thinks the one in Washougal is closed.
I had a mistake that I needed to get corrected on my order, so I called them well in advance and they didn’t pick up their phone. They don’t even have their phone ringed. I called multiple times and kept the phone call going when I finally walked into the store. Someone’s taking their phone off the hook, I guess. Maybe they just don’t want to deal with customers?
Anyway, my order was by the time I got there, and I had to order a whole another extra sandwich that I didn’t want to have to buy because no one picked up when I called them 11 minutes earlier.

Okay, I’ve been a long time Subway fan and eat Subway often. I even worked at one back in the 90’s, so I felt compelled to write a review about my local Subway.
Never have I ever had from one Subway consistently horribly thrown together sandwiches. They’re more akin to tossed salads than a sandwich. Please keep the sandwich inside the sandwich. Thanks!

First i ordered online 15 minutes prior to getting to the store and my order still was not ready, second the long dark haired kid making the food does not have a hair net on and has an ear bud in his ear! If I was the owner / manger I’d fire this kid took him literally 10 minutes to make two sandwiches!

7/27/2025 – Went in to store to resolve the matter from 7/20/25. They are open. Their phone is down “since the remodel”. Young lady that works there is very attentive and hospitable. No olives still as of 7/27/25.

My family ordered from this Subway towards the end of Nov, 2023. Living near Livingston Mountain, it is a bit of a drive to town to pick up sandwiches. First set of sandwiches (ordered online), were made with all ingredients mixed up on all sandwiches. Too much mayo, not enough mayo, jalapeños on my daughter’s sandwich (she dislikes spicy things). The entire order was wrong. When we picked up the sandwiches, there was a young man alone working behind the counter. Long hair (not in a net and not pulled back), not wearing gloves while preparing someone’s order. I picked up our order from the rack (pick up rack). Got home to find sandwiches were not edible (3 of them, what was ordered). My husband called and explained the wrong orders to a young man at which point he said come in and we will remake them. Living as far as we do, it just wasn’t feasible that evening. Stopped by the following Saturday to pick up the re made order of 3 sandwiches. This time around we stood there watching the sandwiches being made so the order was accurate however, once home, enjoying our dinner (these sandwiches), I bit into something crunchy and thought it was just a rogue piece Jalepeno. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a stink bug inside deep wedge in with the veggies. I spit it out and threw the remainder of my sandwich away. I have been to many Subways and never had such a horrible experience as I have at the Camas WA location. My family will not be going back. It took a solid hour to get the horrible stink bug taste out of my mouth. The location could really use a good solid manager!

I when to subway yestorday around 8pm as I got there I notice the server was pretty rude but didn’t mind so I ordered my Subway and I asked her to put me salt pepper vinegar and ranch I literally was working like 2 minutes down the street by the time I got to where I was working the subway was all disintegrated so much vinegar on it you were not able to eat it I had to throw the whole thing away

The girl making our sandwiches was not very pleasant. Tomatoes and lettuce looked old and I barely had turkey on my dry bread. Tried giving Subway another chance but again disappointed.

Worst Subway I ever went to. The lady was so rude. I had my granddaughter with me so it took everything not to say something . The vegetables felt Frozen the outside of the containers and inside had ice and frost.I asked for mustard and she squirt probably half the bottle on it all I could taste was mustard .The bread tasted like it had been sitting there for a month. I used to go to the subway before they remodeled it and it was really good .There were two people there an older woman and a younger girl the girl that was younger with black hair Had an attitude the whole time she was making my sandwiches I was there Tues may 14 definitely not worth the $25 I spent
