Ordered footlong Home Run
Pic of 2nd 1/2 of sandwich received. 4 slices ham on this 1/2, 3 slices on other 1/2. 2 slices cheese each 1/2. Since it was To Go, I can’t get it fixed without driving back 30 min. Disappointed.
Lack of meat & cheese paid for, young man was polite and all the 3 sandwiches were well made and good.

Food was what you expect from a subway, nothing special. The thing that I really didn’t like was the fact that from the time I walked in till after I had already made my sub and was about to pay, there was no sign anywhere saying they don’t except 100$ bills.. that was all I had on me and if there would’ve been a sign up saying they wouldn’t have taken them, I wouldn’t have ordered food because that was literally the only money I had on me thankfully, my friend paid for me, but if it wasn’t for him, what would they have done just not let me have my sandwich not take my money. I thought that was kind of annoying anyways two stars for the service

It’s a subway, so you know what you are going to get, and that’s a good thing.
I am writing this because something unusual happened – I enjoyed myself ordering lunch. How strange!
I had a marvelous time with the crew when my wife and I stopped in to get some food. From Trinity, Keegan, Crystal and I am embarrassed to admit that I forget the last team member’s name – we had a fun, professional, and rewarding interaction while my sandwiches were being prepped.
It was refreshing seeing a team with such a good rapport working together, being polite, humorous, attentive to our needs, and making sandwiches that admittedly were going to be a struggle to make anything but messily (all the toppings ftw). They were relaxed, in a good mood, and made our food quickly and with an attention to detail that was admirable. And tried their best to fold a sandwich covered in spinach leaves and cucumbers.
Anyway, I just wanted to say that I had a nice time ordering a sandwich or two and walking out of a store in a better mood than when I went in.
I now realize I may have remembered the third team member’s name wrong – Was it Addie? Or was it crystal and Addie? My apologies, y’all. You were great and I remember THAT, and that’s why I wrote today’s review.

Food: The food is never as I want it which considering it’s a build-your-sandwich shop…it shouldn’t be that difficult. But the sandwich that I ordered with “heavy mayo” and “drowned in vinegar to make it soggy”…is dry. There is more mayo on the wrapper than the sandwich…and I can’t taste any vinegar.
Service: Apparently the concept of “make it soggy with vinegar” is beyond their capacity to understand.
Atmosphere: It’s a freaking Subway. You don’t really go there for the atmosphere. If you mean, “is it clean?” Then yes, it’s clean.
