Girl making my sandwich didn’t listen to anything I said. The only thing I asked for double was toasted. I wanted onion but looked in the container and it was almost empty with all different kinds of veggies (gross) I said nevermind the onion. She grabbed a new container and put it on anyway. Ordered online went to pick it up on my short lunch break, they didn’t have my order but my card was charged I was able to show them proof of it and they refused to make my sandwich. Worst customer service ever!!! So now I am late back to work with no food. And waiting on them to refund me money… highly do not recommend this location!

Placed an online order for pickup at 2pm. The current time of ordering was 1:30pm.
The pickup of the sandwich was fast and friendly.
The sandwich however wasn’t up to my expectations.
I don’t think I’ve ever had bread so stale in my life from a subway. It was basically flaking and crumbling to pieces it was so hard.
The texture was gummy almost chewy. Felt like I was chewing a piece of cardboard on the outside of my sandwich. I eventually gave up and ate the toppings with the meat in a salad style.
Kinda bummed especially since the sandwich was like 12+ dollars.
Service and ambiance was nice, sandwich was lame.

Friendly service, we came in right before closing. I got cold cut combo, my daughter got the black forest ham. Always fresh ingredients. Great customer service, clean, and decent prices. Only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the tomatoes were not fresh. And the types of breads we wanted were out for the next few weeks. They always have something for everyone including food restrictions. Plenty of space for wheel chairs.

My server Tati was very kind and considerate and made me feel like I could safely order my food despite having anaphylactic allergies. Every employee was very kind and he building was spotless.
Overall a great time and this subway deserves 5 stars.
