I’ve been here twice within 2 weeks. Both times the veggies are not fresh. Old soggy tomatoes, brown lettuce, stale bread, and all the drinks in the machine taste bad.

Just had lunch at this location! Elizabeth and Candice were super friendly and accommodating, even made my boyfriend his custom “cowabunga” sub. They kept the shop clean, gave us awesome conversation about their shared love for the ninja turtles while they crafted our lunch, and they had lots of drinks in the fridge ( soda machine is out of order right now).

I haven’t had a subway in 2 years. I ordered a 6″ turkey/ham/cheese on plain bread. I took it home to eat and the bread was sooo stale and dry that I couldn’t enjoy it all. I won’t go back for that reason.

For meals – the cup is a water cup set out for pop? Clear flimsy cup… tiny… I’m confused so I ask for a cup and he points to the only ones out. A
$14+ for the 6 inch meal. I wouldn’t have asked for the meal if I knew the cup was so small but I had already paid. Crazy. Also, they don’t accept any of the Subway promos here. So the $6.99 meal that is advertised on the app doesn’t apply at this location.

The new guy helping us last night made us good subs ! The other lady went to the back and let him make the subs. There was no line so he was able to take his time, I like that he put the veggies organized so you get it in each bite!. Never had a bad experience at this location yet

Arrived with family was asked if I was picking up a take out order, and I stated no. Nothing else was said. We just stood there looking at them, waiting to complete the 4 mobile orders in front of us with no words. We walked out without making an order as we didn’t feel they cared enough.

It was an awkward atmosphere. They had finished up with 2 people ahead. They were doing online orders so we patiently waited. The male makes the sandwiches had sweat coming down his face… Which made me feel uneasy since he was making the food. He seemed stressed as well, dropping a meat container with a customer’s order behind us and used the meat out of it after setting it on the line…
Might need training on cleanliness and keeping the food clean from any cross contamination.
On my sandwich the chicken was falling out and wasn’t spread evenly through it. Just looked like it got slapped in the sand which with no thought.
I get when you get backed up and busy but… Cleanliness, food preparation, and atmosphere are everything.
Sadly we won’t be stopping by this subway.
