This is the best looking subway I have ever seen! All the veggies are fresh looking and well stocked. The service was friendly and super fast, made the extra effort to make sure we had everything we needed.
I wish I lived closer, so this could be my regular spot!

I checked both the posted store hours and the hours listed on Google, and they matched. Based on that, I reasonably expected the location to be open. It was 1 hour before closing.

When I approached, an employee noticed me and then went to the back of the store where I couldn’t access them. Shortly after, I noticed the metal grate was almost completely closed and caution signs were placed at the entrance. No explanation was given, and there was no communication about whether the store was closing early or temporarily unavailable.

If this location closes early or stops serving before posted hours, that should be clearly communicated to customers.

On 10-1-2025 at 3:45 pm, the staff exhibited exceptional kindness, possessed pleasing personalities, and effectively addressed inquiries regarding our sandwich order, resulting in a positive experience. Previously, we encountered negative experiences with customer service with one individual and our order a couple of weeks ago. However, today’s interaction suggests a positive shift in staff demeanor. Thank you for the positive experience and efficient handling of our order. Today visit was 5 star.

Three of us stopped in on the way home to Battle Ground from Seattle and had the pleasure of being helped by Karen. She was so friendly and kind, and very sweet and patient with my nephew who is autistic. And our sandwiches were delicious! We were very happy with our whole experience and will definitely stop in again when we’re in the area. Thank you Karen!

Stopped in to check them out while I was shopping. The ingredient choices looked fresh and delicious. There was a couple customers in line and the line moved quickly – just a few minutes for each sandwich. The gal behind the counter was very friendly and professional.

Second time now that the old lady with all the hello kitty tattoos was extremely rude and didn’t even let you finish talking when ordering. She toasted bread again before I even got the chance to tell her which sandwich I wanted and put the cheese on after she toasted it. I get that the job can be stressful but it was only me in line once again. No excuse for her behavior. Don’t recommend this location and will not be returning again.

Not a great experience. The one lady who’s often working is always exasperated, like it’s an inconvenience to make an order with them. I get it, it’s a lot to manage but the other stores handle it so much better. Had a complaint once and she called the franchise owner right then and there, kinda over the top in my opinion.

I worked for the guy today that has a scab right on his nose. It’s April 15, 2025. He wasn’t actively listening. He was listening to a private conversation. I had with my friend prior to going up there and he just decided what kind of meat I wanted on my sandwich, even though I asked them what meats were available. He gave me the list, but I’ve already chosen my Meet for me and then when I decided I wanted a veggie sandwich because I didn’t like any of the meats that were available then he asked me What do you want me to do with this teriyaki sandwich? I told him I didn’t ask for a teriyaki sandwich. You’re not actively listening to me. Why? Why would you put meat on my sandwich without asking me? Oh I’m sorry. I thought you wanted a teriyaki sandwich. I said I didn’t ask for one. You didn’t ask me if I wanted teriyaki you shouldn’t have put teriyaki on a sandwich. It’s not my responsibility to tell you what to do with the sandwich that I didn’t order he had an attitude and so I just decided to leave he also tried I wanted a 6 inch and he was trying to sell me a 12 inch trying to tell me that it’s not that much more. I’m sorry he doesn’t live in my wallet. He doesn’t live in my expenses leave it up to the customer please and be polite and don’t put your mistakes on the customer. It’s so rude. I left and did my business elsewhere I won’t be eating there again. You’ve had my service before, but I’m not doing it ever again.

Just stopped in, and wow, are things different from last time I was here! People are friendly, efficient, and seemed to appreciate my business. The total time it took from start to finish of my transaction was 6 minutes, even though there were 2 people ahead of me! The store was very clean, and the toppings area looked fresh and well stocked. The sandwich was very fresh tasting, and prepared exactly as I requested. The man behind the counter (the manager I think) told me they had a special on the cookies, so I tried them as well! They were wonderful, and tasted like they had just come out of the oven! I will definitely be back! Great job and great improvement!
