“Just had the worst experience at Subway tonight. Waited forever to order, and when I finally got to the front, the employee said he was on break. Okay, I get it, but after his break, he started making other people’s orders before mine, even though I told him I was in a rush. The customer service was seriously a zero. I hadn’t been to this Subway in a while because it used to feel dirty, the employees seemed unhappy, and the quality never matched the price. Today, I decided to give it another chance — and I’m glad I did.
The employee working (I believe her name was Bethany) was fantastic. The place was very clean, and she was actively cleaning when I walked in. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. She handled my sandwich with care, and I didn’t notice any cross-contamination at all. The sandwich itself looked great, and when my wife and I ate it, it tasted even better. This was the quality and portion size I expect and love from Subway — everything was fresh, the toppings were just right, and even the salt and pepper were perfectly balanced.
Bethany is exactly the kind of employee I’d keep around if I owned a business. I’d definitely come back again, especially if she’s working.

Over the course of three recent visits to this Subway location, I have been disappointed to find that they are consistently unable to offer the seasonal cranberry sauce and stuffing sandwich as advertised. The first time, they were out of dressing, and on the two subsequent occasions, including this morning, I was told they didn’t have time to make the stuffing. Each time I was the only person waiting to place an order. During one visit, an individual wearing a Subway uniform claimed not to be an employee of Subway giving the impression of exemption of the promotion. I reported my concerns to the convenience store cashier, but it seems the franchise is not committed to supporting seasonal promotions. Conversely, I went to a different Subway location and was provided outstanding customer service and was invited to join their rewards program.

I am a driver and come there often. I came in off the road and was welcomed with a smile and great attitude by your employee, I believe his name is Aiden. He gave me some ideas on healthy choices to choose from. He made my meal and time there very enjoyable. Food and service was excellent!

I ordered a blt pretty basic sandwich and I got extra bacon to my suprise when I unraveled the wrapper all i see is three peice of bacon and lettuce I called the employee which was very snappy and rude why the sandwich was so….sad and to her response she said “we ran out of tomatoes” oof subway also she hung up on me with no resolve I aslo order the new doritos footlong nachos with steak and that was also wrong it had VERY LITTLE traces of chicken instead I will never order from this subway ever again I recommend anyone else thinking about it to order from the subway on capital boulevard

I had a really good experience at Safeway thanks to Aspen! Even though it looked like she might be new, she was doing her absolute best to get everything done quickly and properly. She was very kind and clearly trying hard to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s great to see someone who cares about doing a good job. Keep it up, Aspen — you’re doing GREAT…!;)
