Vishal was nice and friendly. Perfect sub! However kind of pushy with asking for a review and wanting it to be done at the store before I left. Probably won’t come back because it made checking out a little awkward and I felt very pushed in to making a review. I reccomened when asking for a review to not push so hard on getting one on the spot. Most customers won’t appreciate being pushed to make a review. Again he was nice and sandwhich was great but the approach needs to be different. I Will just stick to the one in Tillicum or on the military installation just to avoid the awkwardness honestly.

They got my order wrong and when I tried to call multiple times to get a refund, they never answered. When I went in, they still refused to refund. It was the owners wife who called her husband to see. They said they wouldn’t refund and she was incredibly rude. Subway just lost a loyal customer.

Just give me a second to explain it’s not that bad. Food was extremely overpriced (45.00 for two footlongs and two drinks). The worker is extremely hard to understand and despite being very sweet can sometimes come off very rude even though he is not. (I had to defend him the other day when some women rudely attacked him). They claim the discount reader is broken which is kind of confusing but those kinds of things happen. They refuse to make “custom” sandwiches when subway is supposed to do that. The place went downhill after they got new management.

The sandwich was delicious, and the girl who made my sandwiches was so nice ! She kept conversation flowing so there was no awkward silence while waiting for my food. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!

Ok when I first walked in I almost turned around and walked out. Partly due to the 3 extremely difficult customers ahead of me but also the girl working the counter. I’m glad I stayed cause what I didn’t know is the girl (Trinity) closed then opened so she was tired but the way she held her composure w these three really eye twitching customers was better than I could have even on a good day. So go her for being tired and calm even tho it took way longer than it’s ever taken for a sandwich, that was not due to her work performance.
In walked April.. she is a force of nature. Triple tasked the second she walked in. Made small talk with the waiting customers (oh wait it was just me) as she was putting more dough in the oven before she helped me as Trinity was trying to finish up w her customers. She’s a wonderful human, very very personable and just illuminates great people aura. If I return to this subway it would be because of her.
Thank you both for making me see there are good people AND that I shouldn’t have just assumed Trinity hated her job. Kudos to her for being chill w that storm.

Not a fan of employees who can’t handle simple things.
Staff was passive agressive simply bcause I wanted my meat toasted off my bread as I like it to be done but this became a struggle for the staff who acted like they couldn’t get the meat on the bread but then proceeded to flip the meat onto the bread whaile saying *ya I’ll never making this sandwich again just saying* As to inform me not to come back & or never to ask for a custom sandwich witch is the whole subway experience.
I’ve asked this of many subways and its never a problem nor is it rocket science for most so it’s frustrating when a simple task turns into a complex issue the makes the employee sigh & act passive aggressive to avoid even working a lil harder then normal.

Did a online order and asked for extra of a few different veg. Did not get the extra. While I wasn’t charged it’s kinda dumb retaliation on the employees part because I didn’t include a tip for a pickup order.
Glad I didn’t tip. This is why I didn’t tip. I won’t be tipping next time I order from here either.
