Was having troubles with the app and called to ask if I could place an order through the phone or if it would be best to come in. Instead of getting an answer, the employee hung up on me. I’ve now called back a couple times thinking maybe it was a phone error/disconnect and they’re now just dodging my calls. I’ll be going to the 1111 up the street, hope you enjoyed my business while you had it! Get better employees or your location will be shut down in no time.

Considering I went in there at 3pm 10/8/25 and tried to order a basic sandwich, I was turned away because “they didn’t have the ingredients?”. VERY poor service to. Not that you need to be an expert of the English language to work at subway, but this guy was lacking even the basics. I ended up going to Jimmy John’s which I hardly ever go to.
