My experience is usually great at this location. My girlfriend and I often go here for lunch. Today however our experience was awful! The employee with a nose ring and dark hair that was working today, tore our bread apart with her hands, and then proceeded to be very rude when asking what we wanted on our sandwiches, she would then press her breast into our open sandwiches while she would lean in for veggies! Overall this experience has made us question if we will be back with employees like that.

I am greatful that there was a lady here on Christmas Eve until 9 pm.. I understand not wanting to work but she treated us very rude. After a long day we wanted to sit down and eat our food. We got our food at 8:30 and we went to sit and I moved the chair not even an inch and she instantly said “your food is to go” we had 30 minutes to eat and she rudely told us to go.

I’m here trying to use a coupon I received in the mail. The coupon seems to put the register on the fritz. The young girl is very pleasant but she’s overwhelmed. She put my order on hold until another manager calls her back. Yes, ANOTHET manager. She called one already who tried her best to help but was unsuccessful. And 3 more people have arrived to make orders. I’m having to wait FOR THEM to process my order.
