Ordered via the app today, didn’t tell me I couldn’t or that the store was closed. Took my order and send me confirmation email, drive out but the recommended pickup time, far before close, and the store is closed. Wasted money and time, phone is literally a dead tone and customer service is no help on getting my money back. I will be showing up to store tomorrow to demand refund for food I never received. Get it together. Turn off your online ordering if you are understaffed, and don’t steal peoples money! I’ll be there tomorrow!

When sandwich artist do not make sandwich according ur way that mean She/He rude behavior. One of the Hispanic lady work this subway 12/29/25 Time 18:32 she is not sandwich artist, she just want in hurry to make sandwich all stuff put in middle & not to toast in perfection. They open till 10 pm why need hurry to not make customer happy. Im ate subway past 20 years cause I prefers healthy food. In my knowledge subway is healthy food plus they dont have fresh avocado. Not enough toasted. I will never eat here in future.

Well, this is not a typical subway ! If you want friendly service and accurate orders please find another location ! I specially told the lady that I wanted a kid meal . She asked what meat ? I said chicken and she prepared a kid size bread . At the register after I paid she gave me the sandwich whiteout the rest that come out with the kid meal . I asked and she then told me that there is no chicken with kids meal and that she charged me for a 6inch sandwich. I asked her why she didn’t tell me when I was ordering and she walked away whiteout a look or answer to my question. This is rude and I will not return to this location.

I paid for 50% more meat on my meatball marinara sandwich and got 3 meatballs total on my 6 inch! WHAT DID I PAY FOR THEN????? Rip off! I also left $1 tip on my $7 mobile order which WHY tip if you aren’t been going to give me what I paid for! I am reporting this location to the BBB for theft!!! DO NOT waste your money at this location!

This is, in my opinion as of 2/5/25 the best subway in the area. They make the sandwiches like they care about making food ( IE they toast the bread, and make a good proportional sandwich, preparing online orders accurately). So to whoever works at this subway right now I want you to know that I think you are doing it right. Keep caring about what you make and I will keep buying it.

EXTREMELY RUDE. I ordered a sandwich and asked for it to be toasted, I wasn’t sure if she heard me so when she started To make the sandwich I reminded her to please toast it again. Her reply and I quote, ” YOU DONT WORK HERE I DO”. I taken back and replied to her saying I’m sorry and I didn’t know if she heard me sense there where so many customers. She also started to make fun of me to her coworker in Spanish. He have me more attitude through this process but this is getting long. DO NOT EAT HERE! not sure what her name was and I’m not going back but the receipt says host I’d is K7NP6HGRKR8D42B9 and the server is 1409. This doesn’t reflect the other lady who was very nice. I wonder if corporate accepts this kind of BAD BEHAVIOR

Don’t expect a professional experience here.

I’ll admit, minor mishap on my part. I ordered through the app, at the wrong store. Tried to talk to the store I wanted it at, was told the best bet was to call the store it arrived at.

This store was the one the order arrived at, ten and a half miles from my location. No way I was going to drive that far for a sandwich. Tried to call corporate, could not find a number, hence the suggestion by the people at the right store. So, I called this place.

First I got a lady on the phone, who seemed understanding but rather new to the position. She handed the phone over to a male employee, who proceeded to get really aggressive about the situation.

I asked if I could have my money returned, and the response was “You’re going to have to come and get your sandwich, or you’re just out of luck, sir, we already made it.” I explained I was still going to buy a sandwich from Subway, just reorder at the right one. Constantly cut off, constantly told “It’s not MY problem you made a mistake, go call corporate if you want your money back.”

So, I asked him what the corporate number was. His response? “It’s YOUR job to look it up, you can find it on the internet.” I replied “I tried that already. You have to have SOME kind of number I can call.” “I’m not giving you anything to help you out here, mister.” “Woah, woah. You’re going to pass the buck and say corporate should solve the problem for me, then /refuse/ to give me any way to contact them?” “Yeah. Now hang up and quit bothering me, I have customers to get to.”

I hung up on him. Yes, I’m contacting corporate through some canned email system they have in place, and I’m going to be charging back in addition. I’d spent Subway Points on this order, so those are basically gone because this employee didn’t want to refund due to a simple mistake. Guess I won’t be eating at this, or any other, Subway.

If you want a sandwich, try literally any other Subway in the area. Or a Jimmy John’s, or a Jersey Mike’s. Heck, head to a Safeway or Kroger, the Boar’s Head delis will make you a sandwich that’s leagues ahead of what you can get here, with service that’s a lot more helpful.
