The young blonde woman that works here clearly doesn’t know how to make a sandwich or maybe she just didn’t like me as a person idk… I bought 3 sandwiches. 1 footlong chicken teriyaki, 1 footlong tuna, and a 6 inch meatball marinara. As soon as she comes out of the back to greet me, her hair is all over the place and no hairnet (which only makes me worry about hair in my food). Then she starts the tuna sandwich and carelessly smears (unevenly) across the sandwich. Tuna is getting everywhere. Then she gets to the chicken teriyaki sandwich and if you can’t tell in the picture, there’s so much teriyaki sauce that the vegetables are glistening and then the bread got soggy before I got home(I only live a mile away), the bread was barely toasted, almost tasted old. She did not look like she cared even though she sounded fine. My wife didn’t even want to eat anymore of what you see in the picture. Whoever’s employee is this is….. please come get yo girl. She don’t know what she doing.

This Subway location was a disappointing experience for me, which is why I’m giving it three stars. I walked in ready to grab a quick sandwich, but I ended up waiting almost five minutes before anyone even came out from the back to greet me or take my order. That’s not what I expect from a fast-food chain like Subway, where service is usually quick and efficient. The delay made the visit feel disorganized and unwelcoming from the start.
When I was finally helped, the staff was polite and friendly, which is the positive side of the experience. Once I got my sandwich, it tasted decent — fresh bread and toppings as expected — but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. It felt like the location was understaffed or not well-managed, and it put a damper on what should have been a quick, convenient meal.
I think this Subway has potential because the menu and food quality are standard, and the employees do seem nice. However, the lack of timely service makes it hard to recommend this location. Until they get better at handling customers promptly, this location is a no-go for me, and I’ll likely visit a different branch in the future.

Came in and saw the lady in the doorway who never looked up. Must’ve been on her phone. Walked up and down looking at their selections which were half empty and pure mush looking and she still didnt notice me. So I walked out and she never even knew I was in there.

Ordered online to take advantage of BoGO50. Ordered with special instructions on one of the sandwiches. Guess what no Xtra meat. Instructions were not followed and the discount was not applied. No explanation for the discrepancy. Our sandwiches were hollow. My sandwich has never been hollow at Subway. I think instead of restocking we all shared the scraps that were left at the end of the day.

So this place is a absolute joke. When someone spends 25 on a footling sub and order double meat and doesn’t even get the same amount of meat that a 6inch sub does also asked for bacon got charged for it and didn’t get it and my chicken BACON ranch didn’t even have its bacon or cheese they make there sandwiches like the staff doesn’t care at all and that makes for a very unpleasant meal for customers the staff proceeded to argue with my wife that the portion sizes got changed the other subway right down the road made me a 6inch with more meat then my 1ft long with double meat I REALLY WANT MANAGEMENT TO REACH OUT TO ME SINCE THE STAFF WOULD NOT GIVE CONTACT INFO OR PUT A MANAGER ON THE PHONE my family spends around 150 at your store a month and to be treated like we are DUMB AND STUPID CUSTOMERS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS

This place is absolute trash. The employees look dirty and should be wearing hair nets. Subs weren’t even close to being the correct size. Put my sub in with the customers ahead of me. Forgot to give us our cookies then acted like he was gonna give them to us and then said we owed $4 more for the cookies. Sub was out together all smashed together. After watching him out it together I completely lost my appetite.

This place is absolute trash. Unworthy to be called a subway. They are slower than a sit down restaurant. Seems like they only have one lazy girl working that doesn’t know how to even put a sandwich together. All they do I load the sandwich up with sauce that just makes it soggy and gross. Wasted $25 on subs only to throw them away because they were absolutely disgusting.

Since I’ve moved to this area, the 5 times I’ve come here has been absolutely terrible service. Every single worker I’ve come across has either been the slowest and laziest or gossiping with the other worker and not paying attention to the people in line. One time, I had to wait 20 min before one even greeted me because she was too busy with mobile orders. The last time I came here, I did a mobile order thinking it would be faster, but i waited 30 minutes AFTER arriving, and it was supposed to be ready. Some of the workers are rude on top of that….. smh
