I’m upset at this time with the 3 employees that worked there it was a 6 pm shift. 1st day, one worker,so closed. I understand that. 2nd time, same time at night, 3 workers… sign on the door, closed for lunch… OMG… they lost 5 customers that night. I contacted the main office…never heard from them. The 3 workers hid in back keeping out of sight. I waited till 7 pm…as I got in my car, I see one of them come out. I left.. They had lunch for over an hour and a half. It’s dinner time, people. You were and should’ve been open. One person at a time that late st night.. rest should’ve been working. Add me to the list of lost customers that night..equal 6. Corporate never responded. 3 customers went down to Papa Murphy’s.. came out with pizzas in hand. I had a 91 year old mom and 3 teenagers waiting. And had to wait longer, cause now had to cook something up quickly. Mom and I did cereal…goid dinner.

Order has been wrong more often that not. I try them every once in awhile to see if things are different but always get burned. Last night was the last straw, ordered 3 spicy Italians and none of them had salami at all, rest of the veggies were skimped and the bread was dry AF. I’m never coming to this location again. A mistake here and there is one thing, but ripping me off of half my meat is unacceptable. If you can go to the location on Lincoln in Port Angeles they are much better.

Owner seems to have a hard time keeping employees, although the ones he has are usually friendly and competent. There also has been a lot of “we are out of” signs. ‘No olives, no tomatoes, no roast beef, etc.). Apparently some purchasing issues. And with a Safeway a few doors down. So many shops in this town have failed due to poor management. I hope he is able to retain some good staff and management. His Port Townsend store suffers similar issues.

I went there tonight and was amazed with the customer service i was met with. I was treated as everybody should be and enjoyed my time. the employees were both super nice and super quick when making food. was given a 6 inch sub for free (i was willing to pay), and the whole time he was smiling and treated me with respect. goes to show that kindness goes a long way and will definitely pass it on.

I come here a lot and have been coming for a long time. I gave 5 stars in all categories because I think this place is a good place to eat when they’re open. They’ve always had a history of being closed frequently when they’re supposed to be open. Another thing that happens frequently is that online ordering is unavailable about 2 hours before closing. The new owners are now getting chintzcy and have not honored nation wide promotional deals and no longer take paper coupons. They even took down the meal of the day poster to keep customers from ordering it. I’ve seen an increase in customer dissatisfaction through reviews online and customers just walking out of the store leaving the sandwiches there after their coupons were declined. There are a lot of customers who use paper coupons from the mail not the online app. It’s a shame because the employees there are good at what they do and don’t deserve to get the negative feedback from the disgruntled customers. The owners are not there to face backlash. I live here in Sequim and was grateful that this was the best Subway out of the 3 in this area for product quality and customer service. The owners here already charge more than they do in PA. The nachos here are $7 and $5 in PA. On top of that, they’re not honoring nation wide promotions or paper coupons. I might have to take the drive and take my business to PA. Update : forgot to mention they’re also closing 2 hours earlier the whole weekend and today is Saturday 4/19 around 330pm and guess what online ordering unavailable right on cue. Funny that PA and PT locations is available. You would think that if it was a system issue, it would affect all locations in the area, not just one.

I do mobile orders so that I dont have to speak to someone I haven’t had issues before but today I went to get my order and was rudely told we dont let you take your orders anymore. Ok fine I get the concept ppl are abusing that but humiliation of your customer in front of a group of other customers was absolutely not the way. Please and thank you can go a long way. Guess I prolly wont be back here much anymore. Im super embarrassed.

First off the people that work here are amazing!!! They get slammed and have to deal with alot of not so nice people and they never lose their smile. And they dont have a say on what is kept in stock or not so the fact that some favs that are no longer available is on someone else. However I have eaten here for over 30 years and never had to correct them or walk away empty handed. I love the vibe here

Great service by not one, but two happy, upbeat, friendly, employees. Food was typica subway but they employees made the visit well worth it and had both my son and I smiling and laughing by the time they were done making the sandwiches. Not an easy task after a day of shopping!
