I want to start off by saying the guy with curly hair and glasses is extremely nice. I walked in and ordered food. Kaitlin (manager) made my three sandwiches and was visibly upset when I asked for the bacon to be cooked. She slapped the bacon on the piece of paper. Anyways I paid for the food and came home to bite into my sandwich and pull a blonde hair out of my mouth! For a second I thought maybe it was mine but then my daughter took a bite out of her sandwich and had hair in her food. Instantly I called and a nice gentleman answered and he had to keep relaying information to the manager because she didn’t want to handle the complaint. I said I want a refund and she said, I can’t do that the owners have to do it. She was extremely rude and kept talking over me and making excuses. She said the owners might call me tomorrow. She had attitude the entire time and when I told her she should have taken over my call instead of making the other employee go back and forth. She snapped at me and said “well I was busy”. She shouldn’t be a manager then. The only reason she talked to me is because I drove back in. I will be waiting for a call from the owner.

I had an awesome experience at Subway thanks to Juan! He was super friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he takes pride in his work everything was fresh, neatly prepared, and made quickly without feeling rushed. His positive attitude and great customer service made my visit so much better. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about making customers happy.

I was in the neighborhood looking for something simple to eat for lunch when I stopped by here. I’m glad that Juan was able to help me out perfectly. Normally, I would not take the time to leave a review but the customer service Juan provided was beyond expected. Not to mention, he was speedy with my order and prepared it perfectly. Incredible and friendly staff! Anna, Juan, Matthew, Maili, and Gage are all incredibly friendly who greet me with top tier customer service and continuously build my sandwiches perfectly each time I go! Even though Jersey Mikes tastes better in my opinion, as long as this staff continues to be nothing but great I will always go to this location!

There’s literally only one person working night shifts and my order that’s supposed to take 10 minutes has been taking wayyy upwards of that. Nothing against the person working tonight, but definitely against the people who make the schedules and management that allow one person to deal with everything by themselves. Lots of others waiting in line too which is not a fun experience for anyone at least let the app tell you wait times are longer than usual or something subway.

I love this subway they always deliver on time and exactly what I ordered. This Subway knows its stuff!!! Need something you couldn’t leave in the notes call em they have always been polite and helped resolve any order issues! Also love that the subs were labeled normally have to open one up to find out who’s it is.

This place is probably the only subway I like going to because the service is really good. Juan and Belen his coworkers always has a conversation with me and makes me feel welcome while making my food. I recommend this Subway to everyone. 10/10
