Absolutely disgusting. I had both my sandwiches completely torn apart by the person wrapping it. On top of that, the knife the person used had crusted mustard from who knows how many previous sandwiches. Typically they put the knives in a container with ice and water. Not here! My meatball Mariana now comes with another sandwiches mustard. Thankfully I’m not allergic to anything. The food contamination is unreal. Can’t imagine what it would be like where customers can’t see it. Poor service all around. I will not be coming back here. Hopefully they take cleanliness more serious in the future.

Ordered and paid on the app, got home and 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong. Called the store and the staff wouldn’t let me speak to a manager but took my number. I have only received 2 robo emails thanking me for being a customer and they are “sorry the sandwiches didn’t meet my expectations.” I simply want the sandwiches replaced or a refund for my order on 6/24 20.

Usually would come here on way home from work. Well those days are gone now, as of today. 10 bucks for a spicy Italian, got almost zero veggies. It was like watching someone lightly pepper my sandwich. And I asked for a decent amount. And it was not busy what so ever. I was the only one in there.

I missed the name tag and no name on the receipt but I want to give a shout out to the young lady that made my sandwich today. She was super friendly to every customer including myself and was very fast getting everyones order. The restaurant was clean and my sandwich was amazing. Bread was fresh and veggies were crisp. This is my new go-to subway!

I’ve come in on my lunch break 3 times in the last 3 weeks and every single time I am the only one there so they are not busy but it always feels like I am inconveniencing the employees by being there. And 2 out of the 3 employees that I have seen did not have their face masks on properly, yes the masks are annoying to wear but I make it through my 11 hour shifts with my mask fully covering my mouth and nose it would be great if the people making my food could use the same caution.

Had the worst experience today, ordered 5 sandwiches thru the mobile app, they were all made wrong. When called back to see if I could bring it back to get them fixed. They straight out refused saying they can’t do anything about it. They will let the manager know tomorrow. Always ordered thru them, never had any problems till today. The guy just kept I can’t do anything about it, even though he made it wrong. Very disappointing.

I come to this subway frequently and have never had an issue before. About a week ago I went in and ordered 2 6″ sandwiches, 2 cookies and 2 waters. I was charged for 2 extra sandwiches that I did not order nor did I receive them. I went back in about an hour later and was told she could not help me as she did not have the ability to refund my money, and told me to come in tomorrow to get my money back. The next day I went in and was told she was also not able to refund my money and asked if I wanted a free meal or my money back. I chose money back and she told me she would speak to the owner and she would give me a call asap. Over a week later I have had absolutely no communication with the owner, even with my frequent attempts of getting ahold of someone. I even spoke to the manager and was told she would call the owner right then and have her call me immediately. That did not happen. It has been over a week now and all I want is my money back and a call from the owner. I am extremely disappointed with this location and the owner.

By far the worst Subway out there. We weren’t greeted, toilet was clogged, their toaster was broken, and when my son got his cookies I told the guy to warm them up and he looked at me like I was crazy. He said he’s never heard of someone asking him to warm up cookies. So he did in the microwave and maybe too long because they were stuck together and crumbled inside the bag.
