I’ve eaten at this Subway often. I’m always greeted warmly, served promptly, and its clean. Today I tried a new Smokey wrap. It was really good. It’s in a good location next to the ferry, and one of 2 chain fast food options. It will continue to be an affordable option in Port Townsend for me!

So it’s like dining on a football field far far from food. A gazillion people. Buffet was very expensive and not as good as I expected. I suggest go to a great restaurant and get what you want instead.

There are nice people at this Subway but I have to say it’s only getting two stars because they are never open until closing. The sporadic hours they keep make it impossible to know if you’re going to get in your car and drive down just to find it closed. 9/10 times we go down there to find it closed early with no explanation and it’s just put us off trying to go there at all. Sad because I’m sure they’d have tons of business if they actually stayed open for the hours listed online.

Went in to place an order only to find they had already put half the ingredients away 30 min before closing (several hours early too) making it nearly impossible to get a sandwich. It makes absolutely no sense for a food establishment such as Subway to be open yet have already essentially closed down for the day because while they are “open” they tell you “ohh but you can only use the these few ingredients we haven’t put away.”

SUBWAY in Port Townsend does NOT deliver despite what their website or anything says. Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth and they ignore you. So your pretty much out that money until you can find someone to do something about it. *I’m sure if you are able to go in to the restaurant then you’ll have no problems. My problem is if you’re not capable of delivering then don’t advertise that you are.

This subway is very understaffed. Be prepared to wait in line for 20 minutes or more and don’t bother making an online order because they won’t make it until you come in.

I was told to wear a mask in phase three when I legally don’t have to. There were multiple people eating in when it is a call or take out restaurant . The fact that they don’t follow their own rules. There is no point in spending money in a place that had a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Definitely left a long lasting impression. I won’t be coming back
