So, I placed an order via the app for my wife and myself. After arriving home and opening up the sandwiches, I noticed I had a very light sprinkling of lettuce and then also had spinach. I didn’t have spinach on my order, and I ordered for a regular amount of lettuce (which in the past has been a handful. This was a fingertip “pinch” of lettuce). I have maybe 4 slices of onions. The only “regular” amount that was actually regular was the turkey slices, cheese, and tomatoes. Everything else was very skimpy.
I selected “more banana peppers” and was surprised to see on the build ticket that that means “8 slices.” Which means 4 individual little slices per 6″ sub is “extra.” I haven’t noticed this problem with the quantity of ingredients in the past when I ordered via the app. Wondering if this regimented ingredients amount is recent….
My wife found a hair in her sandwich. I tried calling them at 5:48 pm and 5:50 pm (they close at 6 pm on this particular day). No answer. My wife tried calling and they aren’t picking up her calls, either.
I’m not sure that I want to come back anymore. I’ve just noticed it get more expensive with the quality continuing to decline.
Update (2 months later): My wife was hungry so we tried again. She ordered a Sweet Onion Teriyaki (comes with strips of chicken) and I ordered my usual turkey and asked for extra on every side veggie to try to get a normal amount.
Once home, my wife was confused to see turkey slices in her sandwich. I had the chicken put in mine. Yes, we confirmed the tickets and veggies in each sandwich. Both sandwiches had the sweet onion teriyaki sauce in it. Everything else was as ordered, to an extent… And, once again, when trying to call about the mistake, they wouldn’t answer the phone.

My review was previously a 5 star because Genevieve knows how to make an amazing sandwich and her service is top tier. My husband went in today and his order was made wrong (through app) which happens but in mine… I found a HAIR in my sandwich. It happens. I almost gagged! Fine, it happens…Maybe a new person? But the sandwich looks SUPER skinny and was extremely skimped out, I was shocked. SUBWAY is cheating us if this was a recent change because Genevieve always made my sandwich full (as all subways I’ve been to)

Two of the employees were extremely rude and highly disrespectful. I know from personal experience that the owner does allow it and is ok with the behavior. I was stolen from by either the employees or door dash. They refused to fix my order. They got my money and refused to give me my food. Door dash refunded my entire order thankfully, but it doesn’t excuse the hostile and threatening environment these two employees bring to the establishment. They mentally abuse and berate another employee as well. I would not recommend eating from here unless you want to be stolen from or disrespected by the employees. People may think I am a disgruntled ex employee but I was still supporting the business and getting food from them regularly. It’s actually disheartening that this establishment in port Townsend brings severe shame to the subway name.

This has been the best Subway experience I’ve ever had! The guy helping us was so patient and kind, taking his time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Great service and a great vibe — we’ll definitely be back if we are ever back in this area 10/10

I’ve eaten at this Subway often. I’m always greeted warmly, served promptly, and its clean. Today I tried a new Smokey wrap. It was really good. It’s in a good location next to the ferry, and one of 2 chain fast food options. It will continue to be an affordable option in Port Townsend for me!

Spent lot of money on two foot long BLTs, only for them to toast it when I did not want them toasted. Now it tastes like stale (like week old left on the counter in the sun stale) bread and hot lettuce and tomatoes. Absolute yuk. However the BLT salad a few weeks later was very Bacony. 🙂

CLOSE THIS BUSINESS DOWN. Dylan and Asazel are awesome. Went in Sunday and they made my sandwiches were super friendly. My husband goes in today (the next Friday) and picks up our online order (should’ve known to be in person…) because they completely messed up our order in a way I’ve never seen. They wrote a rude note on the receipt when my husband requested the put the appropriate slices of peppers for the More/Extra option and they wrote “No :)” which was rude! They switched our meats on our sandwiches (I asked for sweet onion teriyaki chicken and they gave me turkey, and my hudband asked for Turkey provolone and he got my chicken. He had to hand pick the meat and switch them which was disgusting but im pregnant and starving. They also didnt give me the extra meat I paid for. My husband said a high schooler with pink hair and piercings gave him the sandwiches. Everytime we’ve gone in recently, the sandwiches are horrendous. What is going on?? How someone who likes their job maybe?? Needs to be closed DOWN
