The service was great! I had a steak and cheese foot long on herb and cheese bread. Perfect. The dinning area was super clean. We are in Phase 2 of pandemic era and it was spotless and sanitised. Can’t thank you enough for being open during these times. Your employees deserve a raise. Thank you again.

Asked for meal of the day and asked if it was the Philly, lady made the Philly and charges me full price. When i asked if that was the meal of the day price, she said it wasnt the right sandwich for meal of the day, to which i said, thats why i asked if it was the meal of the day. So basically i payed $9 extra for a meal i didnt want, and she walked away without offering me any resolution.

I have been eating at subways since the 1980’s. My “go to” has always been the BMT. Today I decided to upgrade to the new Supreme Meats, a BMT plus an extra meat and double cheese.

I always have my sub warmed in the microwave for 20-30 seconds (6inch or footlong). Today I was informed that microwaving isn’t allowed for safety reason, but I could get it warmed in the toaster.

It is no more dangerous microwaving bread, meat and cheese than to toast it. No issues with microwaving during my last visit to this store about a month ago.

If you want people to pay $8.49 for a 6 inch sub and expect them to come back you may consider doing small requests.

Additionally, I asked for light Sweet Onion, if what I got was light sauce then one without would be swimming in sauce.

My hand is about 3 3/4 inches end knuckle to end knuckle. This means my 6 inch sub was maybe 4 1/2 inches.

Quick stop for my first Subway salad. Food was good and it’s nice that you’re basically having a salad made, your way. Costs about ten bucks.
So yeah, food was good. Staff was nice, they got a little loud once they got through their customers, but hey, it’s Friday and they were enjoying a few minutes of downtime! I’ll totally drop by this place again for a low carb snack!

January 3rd, 2025 8:58 PM The lone worker in the store had a bad attitude. She didn’t welcome me in to the store, didn’t have a name badge on so I can’t name her here, receipt didn’t have her name either. Long hair loosely tied back but lots of strands weren’t tied back. She should be wearing a hairnet. My sandwich was not toasted long enough as the meat was still cold.
She was not conversational at all and came off like she’d rather be anywhere but there. Not customer service oriented at all. If I come back here, I will walk out immediately if I see her behind the counter. Extremely unsatisfied with my experience here.

We ordered our sandwiches online and drove to the store to pick them up they were not ready and we sat and waited 20 minutes when there was no one else in there and when my wife asked them about them and the wait they told her they hadn’t started them yet cause they were cleaning. Real poor service and attitude. The owner should be ashamed to have staff like this.

The staff were friendly but the entire damn order was screwed up. Things we did not ask for wound up on the sandwiches, they over did the mayo by a lot, and did not actually put the rig it sandwiches in the proper bag. The staff was also high as hell. This is unacceptable. I understand how hard the fasts food business is being a Taco Bell employee, but this is far from an isolated incident. This is just the worst it has ever been. Don’t order from here.

Malachi was my server tonight he did an amazing job! Very friendly great customer service! Made our sandwiches great (I ordered three) and he was also making some online orders all by himself! While some other employees were chatting and laughing in the back room I wish my digital tip could just go to him instead of sharing it with the ones that weren’t doing anything to help him at a very busy time.

My husband is lactose intolerant and the restaurant called for our online order to clarify no cheese on his sandwich. No restaurant has ever done this before!

The sandwiches were delivered perfectly prepared (which is impressive as it was an 8 sandwich order), the vegetables were fresh and crunchy, and the bread was perfect.

Best Subway I’ve ever eaten from. Would definitely recommend.

Made an online order and it said it was done 30 minutes later. I drove to the store and they did not even start working on it. I understand being busy but I watched them give away the last bread type I ordered to the guy in front of me. Instead of making my order she asked me to come back in another 20 minutes. I tried to cancel the order and the girl said to contact my bank…. Very disappointed and won’t be back. I’ve been here multiple times and had good experiences.
