My girlfriend and I have eaten here at the Orting Subway for the past few months and its been a very enjoyable experience. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, the food is always fresh and delicious, and there’s nice booths to eat your food at. We always leave feeling full.

Would give 0 stars of i could. The last 2 times I went there this month I spent almost $30 on a footlong and a 6″, no drink or chips, and both times my sandwiches were soggy and disgusting. The bread was literally wet and the lettuce was browning. The orting store is more expensive than others and with rude staff and subpar food. Both times the staff were impatient and annoyed. Theyre the only sandwich place in orting so its really frustrating to pay so much and not be able to even eat it. Won’t be going back.

I ordered a pickup order and when I called to talk about the fact that my sandwich was made wrong, I was told I was wrong in my complaint, and she knew she made it right… so instead of offering a quick solution, she argued with me… I’m missing a few ingredients miss..

The manager Kim was rude, telling me their Coupon Machine didn’t work, when has there ever been a coupon machine?
Since we didn’t order she refused to let us use the restroom, saying it was out of order. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened with her attitude.

I just went to order a turkey Titan on a mini and I have always ordered one because I know I can’t eat a full 6 inch and I was just told I was not able to put a turkey Titan on a mini and it’s a kid sandwich and I happen to be an adult
Keep in mind I ordered it every single time

Was going to get my granddaughter a sandwich for after school. Walk in and the lady says, “20 minute wait, doing online orders”

This Subway is by far the worst customer service deli I have ever been too. Employee 999997 has no emotions at all… If a machine was making and delivering sandwiches it would have a better personality then this employee… She almost ruined my appetite…

I ordered a 6 inch pepperoni sandwich, there was such a small amount of pepperoni on it, it was all bread! It didnt cover the bread at all only the middle of the sandwich, it really looked like a joke, I so wish I would have taken a picture to post! To put the amount on it needed to cover the bread I would have had to pay for extra meat. I love Subway and order this all the time at other Subways and NEVER have experienced this. Subway is not cheap, and for the price there should be a good amount of meat on the sandwich!

Placed an order through the app for pickup. We arrived 10 min after it was scheduled to be ready. After waiting for 15 min for service (staff member standing around doing nothing and not acknowledging I am standing there), the girl behind the counter claimed she never got our order “it must have glitched out”. I show her proof of our order and all of a sudden they magically had received our order and it was sitting there on their order printer. After finally acknowledging they got our order she claimed they didn’t have meatballs so couldn’t do one of the sandwiches. After asking why our other sandwiches were not done despite the meatball situation and they just stated they couldn’t make our sandwiches. We demanded a full refund. This restaurant is an absolute joke. Worst customer service. Rather spend my money at the other establishments who appreciate our business. Do not order here.
