I usually don’t go out of my way to write a bad review, but I am 4 days postpartum I just wanted a sandwich!! I ordered yesterday and my turkey sandwich came with no turkey. I added bacon for the extra charge, only got bacon on one half of the sandwich, i also added extra cheese for an extra charge and that was there but not the turkey..? I was seriously disappointed, i ordered through the mobile app, i filed a complaint and tried getting a refund. The manager, Jefferey McVicker, reached out but made it seem like it was unbelievable i had no meat on my sandwich. You’re telling me! Still no refund or response from him. I’ll never get Subway again, ruined it for me lol.

We ordered online and the items didn’t come with all that was on the receipt. It’s annoying when employees don’t pay attention. I mean I get a veggie sub and there’s maybe 3 olives on it, not all the sauce and no pickles. I ordered with all that. I understand people get busy but paying attention to details matters.

I ordered a 10$ steak sandwich and it was made about the size of a wrap. When I asked about it, they said that’s it and did nothing to fix it.
The first time I went here I got a bowl and instead of chopping up the meat and veggies like other Subways they just plopped it on and the kids went back to the back with no help. And the veggie sandwich with avocado had the smallest drop of avocado I have ever seen. I will not be returning here I gave them 3 chances.

For some reason, this Graham Subway’s sandwiches taste better than other Subway franchises I’ve patronized. Though there a Subway closer to me, I always go out of my way to go to this one. The sandwich artists are friendly and have good suggestions. I really couldn’t rate atmosphere, as I always take the food home; but it is clean and spacious.

Order online or by phone ahead of time or sit down in the restaurant area. The staff is always great. The food is fresh, small area tables, but works to sit with a few friends, They also have a clean bathroom.

As you can see in the picture of a bite of my wrap I took, and had to spit it right out…it tasted like straight ammonia…idk if it was bad lettuce, bacon or tomato. But I couldn’t eat it…it was horrible…
