went here today w my fam, workers were nice! However I genuinely got a big clump of mold in my soda and it ended up in my mouth before I realized. Almost threw up bruh i think it was from the ice or something. It’s like it was not cleaned properly for a long time. I love subway but will not eat here.

This trip was very depressing. I come here often. The employee wasn’t the nicest. Very stingy with the vegetables. Then there was also no MVP vinegarrette. Which if I knew that I wouldn’t have even gotten a sandwich. Now I have to go to a store and buy my own vinegarette. Which again if I knew I wouldn’t have came to subway. This was a very very depressing trip for lunch.

There where three problems with my food. The cheese tasted off, and later I had bad stomach pains, although that also could have been due to the fact that mold came out in chunks from the soda machine, which was producing clear gel like material with black spots. My sister discovered it in her drink when she took a swig and found it in her mouth. The employee pretended to heat my food (putting it in the oven and not turning it on) which is really odd and annoying. I wouldn’t eat here again.

Scammers. I ordered from them online and they took my money without giving me anything in return. Ghosted me when I tried to ask for a refund. I have both proof of payment and proof that the store never even made my food in the first place, with a store employee and delivery driver as witnesses.

Employees were audibly swearing behind the counter multiple times. Additionally the meat was lukewarm at best despite me not toasting my sandwich. The store was easily 90 degrees. The bread was stale and clearly from at least the day before.

Have been in this store 3times now in the last 4 months and today was the worst first the special they advertised they didn’t have the cheese for then they were out of some of the product I ordered then when I got home the bread was old and stayel and so were the cookies.like they were from the day before. Am never going back

I stopped here today, So Terrible!!!!!
First, I had to wait and then say hello loud to just get help. Second, while he started my sandwich he had to run to the back for more product. He then came back with the new and stuck it in the cooker. While waiting he started peeling the label of the old lexan and brushed what little he pulled off on the side of the trash can bag. He then continued to make my sandwich without washing his hands or replace his gloves. I then went to pay and asked about the 10% off for area workers, As I had been told by the other location near ace that since I worked in the area for a local food place I can get it! He said they only offer it to places in that plaza! So not only did I get a tainted sandwich, he wouldn’t honor a fellow local worker the same discount as the other location in the same city!
