Got an impromptu text request asking for a Subway sandwich. I immediately turned into Google Maps for Subway near me. I’m not familiar with the area so, I figured driving south, there should be one on the way. Alas! Walked in expecting the usual artist performance, and instead? Got a delightful truth bomb served on Italian herbs and honesty. The new owner isn’t just running a sandwich shop, he’s running a one-person TED Talk in mustard and mayo. Very disappointed, somewhat angry. Have come here many times, always had a good experience. In the past they were very generous with toppings, and friendly customer service. Around 6pm 8/22 went in and there was a guy working I’d never seen before. Came in with a good mood, made an effort to be polite (always make sure to say please andthank you) The guy said very little to us. We ordered two foot long sandwiches, a black forest ham and a steak egg and cheese. Other places have given 4 pieces of egg, he gave us two. Each of our sandwiches received 4 slices of tomato and 4 slices of cucumber. Mine received a very light sprinkling of spinach, I asked for more and he again didn’t give as much as I wanted. To this point I’d just be disappointed, but we got to the sauce. I asked for Chipotle and my girlfriend asked for mayonnaise. The guy drowned both our sandwiches. Didn’t even do it evenly. Starts half way down the sandwiches before he starts blasting, then gives like 6 lines of sauce each. (When I worked there we were trained to do half that much) We didn’t ask for extra or anything, if he had been stingy with it too id guess they just started cheaping out, but after that I guess the dude must have just not liked us.

My husband and I stopped by to grab a quick meal. The guy working the counter was hard to hear and understand. There was barely any good looking toppings available. After making our sandwich, grabbing our drinks and chips, the register didnt work. We stood for quite a while waiting to be checked out. The guy had to call and ask for help die to register problems, which was unsuccessful. We couldn’t pay so he asked for my number and I could come back later to pay. I almost left the food and went elsewhere; but being in a hurry, agreed and went on. I got a call that evening asking if I could come and pay or I could Zelle him. I was not going to make another trip out as we were not close. I was also not going to Zelle, however I did ask the amount and he said 23 00. My husband went back the next day and they charged 26. 00 and some change. He never attempted to discount, give a cookie or anything to make our inconvenience better. I definitely will not be going back to this location. Another bothersome issue at this visit was that the guy waiting on us had no other coworker support.

Overall best experience and customer satisfaction promised at this location. It is under new community friendly management now . I would recommend everyone to try visiting them and have a great sandwich experience be it dine in or to go.

Terrible experience. 1. I could hardly hear the girl working and had to say ‘what?’ multiple times as did the person behind me. I said at least 3 times that I wanted 2 kids meals, 1 combo meal and one sandwich by itself..along with 2 extra bags of chips. She kept saying ‘so you are paying for 2 orders?’ and I’d explain again no…and tell her again. At the end I wasn’t charged for what I asked for and didn’t feel like staying to argue with her when there was a line and no one else working. I’ll be avoiding this location in the future for sure. If you choose to go here, be sure to take your patience with you…

Doesn’t take coupons. Turned $14 meal into 30. 30 for 2 sandwiches. Do you know how many sandwiches I could make for 30 dollars? Big metal sheet blocking view from the meat and cheese area didn’t inspire confidence. Also skimpy on the meat.

I went to go get subway on my lunch I love subway and was hungry. I got there and they were blasting music I couldn’t here the guy speak. I ordered a cold cut combo not very hard and the guy didn’t even ask me if u wanted my bread toasted?! I wanted it toasted but didn’t say anything didn’t want to be rude. also I said footlong and guy was about to give me a 6in! He wasn’t listening to me very well I said mayo and light mustard. gave me honey mustard and very much not light. won’t go there again if they keep that up.

Went in and started ordering my sandwich, a minute later the employee answers the phone and takes a very obvious personal call for more than seven minutes. I explained I was on my lunch break and needed to finish my order but she pretended like she didn’t understand what I was asking. When I said it again another employee came out and finished my order extremely sloppy; more than half of my sandwich wasn’t even placed on the bread and when I opened the wrapping it all fell apart. Not to mention the lid to the chipotle lid fell off so my sandwich was completely saturated in sauce and again the employee pretended to not understand me when I asked if it could be remade. Truly an unfortunate experience because I used to love this location.

Watched the employees put fresh packaged ham into an already used container that was being used by the older ham. When I called them out on it, they claimed that they clean the containers everyday, which is false by the way. I used to work at this location years ago, and that’s definitely not how things are done. ALWAYS use a fresh/clean container when you run out of product, NEVER use the same container and ESPECIALLY don’t do it in front of the customer. The thing that angers me the most was the fact they argued with me about it. Seems to me that EVERY employee at this location needs to retake their food handlers permit.
