Love stopping at this location when I visit the island. Staff has always been friendly when I’ve visited and it’s always been clean. The last few times I’ve stopped, some of the toppings haven’t been the freshest, think brown lettuce and wrinkly tomatoes. But overall, I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ll keep visiting.

Sandwich was just like any other subway but as pricey as the sandwiches have gotten they act like they’re rationing. Asked for chicken and got two tiny scoops, not even full scoops and spread out thin across the sandwich, you can see more bread than chicken. I thought they were gonna add the rest of what fell out of the scoop but no until I pointed it out. Subway employee’s have been getting really scared to add actual servings like theyre gonna run out or its coming out of their own pocket. I expect the serving to match the price.

Disgusting sub and rude employees. More specifically Shawn. I asked for sriracha on the sub but not for it to be drenched in it! He basically told me I’ll get what I order. Very rude employees. It’s always dirty as well. The employees don’t clean up the mess they make. I’ll be going to a different subway from now on.

My fiancé ordered a Philly cheese steak… spent $17 on this. Typically I am not one to leave poor reviews as I work in restaurant business too and know how things can be, but this SMALL amount of the steak leaves you just tasting the overwhelming amount of dry bread. This is not how cheesesteaks should look, they should not be this thin.

The worker was extremely rude. While filling out my sandwich, she rudely said, “WHAT DO YOU WANT??” Then, shortly after I told her she stopped everything and told her colleague to fill in and left.

I go to this restaurant on a regular basis. My favorite sandwich is the “Hot Shot Italian” with jalapeño kettle cooked chips, 3 chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of lemonade. The staff is awesome and they love talking with costumers while making sandwiches. I typically get the same sandwich every time.

I ordered a foot long tuna sandwich online I put that I wanted cucumbers lettuce pickles and olives. But I took a bite and all I got was bread. Barely any tuna and or cucumbers.. no pickles lettuce or olives. If im paying as much as I am for it I Atleast want what I asked for.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Subway on February 8, 2025, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we are still being ignored on key concerns.

When we visited, the restaurant was completely mismanaged. One employee, Cameron, was left to handle everything alone after his coworker—who looked like she hadn’t slept in days and was openly complaining about wanting to go home—walked out on him. This left customers waiting ridiculous amounts of time, with orders piling up and sandwiches left sitting out. We waited 30 minutes only to find out the register was down and we couldn’t even pay. I attempted to place an online order as a workaround, but it defaulted to the Walmart location. After all that frustration, we walked out without any food and took our business elsewhere.

After reaching out to Subway’s customer service, the response I received was completely tone-deaf. They ignored the real issue—the unacceptable service, the lack of accountability for their employee abandoning her post, and the complete breakdown of operations at this location. Instead, they simply offered a refund (which I STILL haven’t received) and a free meal, as if I’d ever want to set foot in this disaster of a restaurant again.

This Subway needs serious management intervention. The fact that an employee can just walk out in the middle of a shift while customers are waiting is beyond unprofessional. If you value your time, patience, and sanity, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ordered 4 sandwiches.. with only. 1 modification. ( no onions)…
All 4 sandwiches came drenched in mayo, packed with onions, and olives which no one asked for and didn’t come on any sandwhich anyways. Also none of the sandwiches had tomato… it would have been one thing if you were out. No problem let me know I’ll add my own.. just a very bad visit. Please do better

Horrible customer service. The one employee was extremely rude towards me and other customers. The “shift sup” let the employee be rude and didn’t say anything and when I told her it was rude and you shouldn’t let customers be treated this way she was Also rude. Also her hair was gross and was longer than her collar. It should’ve been pulled back or wearing a hat so her hair didn’t get in the food. Do not recommend this place. Also asked for the manager. Or someone above her and she wouldn’t say. Also it was 945am and the shift sup/manager told me that they were closed but didn’t say they were closed until after I asked for the manager and had already had my sandwich made. She said I shouldn’t have came in because the open sign was off. But the door was unlocked, someone was already inside ordering, and they were making online orders. Such Bs. They need to be fired.
