The employees there have terrible attitudes, they are disrespectful. I was telling the guy what sandwich I wanted and he was super rude and told me to hold on a sec in a rude loud voice , and then when I asked to get my peppers toasted on my sandwich he told me he wouldn’t do it, and then when I asked him too he stuck in the oven and didn’t even turn the oven on then slammed all my stuff together and rang me up. That dude SUCKED and had the worst type of attitude. Not to mention it was so dirty in there. He kept making comments under his breath everytime I spoke and overall was probably the worst food experience over had anywhere in skagit county. Don’t go here they suck bad.

This is the WORST Subway to go to! DO NOT give this Subway your Business!! They are so rude their number doesn’t even work the guy doesn’t even speak English hardly and was unprofessional handed my wife HIS personal phone to tell them what happened for the third time, and then he was basically yelling at my wife to take it up with DoorDash not them about the food even being made and delivered as the order was never even made. Instead of a refund like what was requested he then proceeds to say “come here lady” and starts making the sandwich which is when he started basically yelling at her and trying to degrade her about it! This place shouldn’t even be open! Don’t order online or anything this place is HORRIBLE!!!! Just down right rude and disrespectful and unprofessional

Update
Accidentally ordered a pick up order from here meaning to order from college way. Ordered through the website and asked for “less” mayo and mustard. There is so much the paper ripped opening it. This is a garbage $17 sandwich. Don’t order from here. Picture is from tonight’s sandwich. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Tried to order sandwiches tonight though doordash. We put the order in for a later delivery (an hour and a half after placing it). We received phone call from door dash letting us know that subway was out of bread. This is the third let down from this subway. The latest was an in person attempt when we showed up an hour and a half before closing time and they were closing and not making sandwiches anymore that evening. There were teenagers closing the subway and a bunch of other teens waiting for them at tables. Not to say it’s not staffing issues because I understand it’s still hard to staff restaurants well but man, I won’t make this mistake again. Buyer beware, choose the College Way subway over this one every time. ♀️

The service is quick for online orders. They do a pretty good job of making sandwiches here, but it seems like every time I pay more to get extra meat, they don’t do it. Which is kind of a bummer and a waste of my money.
Definitely gonna go somewhere else next time.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would choose it without hesitation. Our visit to Mt. Baker Middle School for a basketball tournament turned into a nightmare when we stopped at the gas station and Subway for a quick bite. Unfortunately, the Subway staff treated us terribly, refusing to serve us. When we went to the market for snacks instead, owned by the same company, we encountered another employee who blatantly disrespected and discriminated against us. They even threatened to take our photo and post it online if we didn’t leave immediately. Feeling completely unwelcome and uncomfortable, we left the establishment traumatized by the encounter. I will never return to this place after such a dreadful experience, and I advise others to beware as well.

Ordered online at 1:00 PM, arrived at the specified pick up time (1:20) and was made to wait for another 20 minutes while the employee made an entire line of sandwiches before starting my online order. I was made to wait for half of my lunch break for something that should’ve been ready when I arrived. Also, we ordered a bottled soda with one of our sandwiches and was told at the counter “we don’t have bottled” and was handed a giant cup. The giant cup, irritation at waiting, and needing to get back to work made me forget to grab a bag of chips that came with my combo. The whole experience was terrible and management needs to do something about this.

Placed a mobile order and walked in to pick it up. When I walked in, the worker didn’t smile, or even acknowledge me and just kept doing what he was doing with his AirPod in his ear. Finished my sandwich and placed it on the counter and still didn’t say a word. Very poor customer service.

This subway is really nice and clean! It is attached to a gas station, but it’s not bothersome. I had a great experience. The employees were very kind and my sandwich was great.

They have started using half sized meatballs. Since when did a meatball barely fill a third of the bread?
Sandwich came out under toasted as they tried to cram multiple sandwiches in the toaster.
And for some reason these geniuses put the veggies underneath the meat.
Will not be returning to this location, and likely going to write off Subway as a scam from now on, after seeing their current portions.
Save your money, eat somewhere the food is actually fresh.
