Typically I drive all the way to Everett mall way for subway because every location in Marysville is dirty or has old, wilting vegetables. I made the mistake of ordering online here for pick up since it’s so close to home and it definitely disappoints you just as much as the other Marysville locations. My sandwich was made wrong and the spinach was so wilted it was wet, slimy and the stems were squishy… this is disgusting as someone who worked prepping produce in food service for years. They need some serious training in food preparation here. Don’t waste your money or risk getting sick for this.

Stupid lady didn’t understand anything I was saying or knew how to make any of the sandwiches. She over charged me then tried to say I didn’t order chips and a drink and tried to charge me again. Then told me I had to leave and didn’t let me take my food. Clueless person to have working there. I will be filing a complaint and following up and making a dispute because I’m not paying $36 for nothing, that is just robbery. She needs to be fired!

this location specifically needs to get shut down or something. terrible workers for almost 20 years, whoever runs hiring at this place.. quit your job asap. your terrible at hiring workers that want to be in customer service. eating a curb would’ve been a more pleasant experience then going to this place ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worker sprinkled meat and cheese on my sandwich. I asked for extra and the picture will show what my sandwich looked like. Also my daughters sandwich was burnt. Every part, the meat, cheese and bread hard as a rock. When I went to get ice from the soda machine there was straight up black mold, a good amount coated on the ice. I threw it away and left. I was starving so I ate the pathetic sandwich. My stomach is still growling and I feel like I didn’t eat. Two foot longs and a 6 in $37.50. This is robbery and also people are gonna get sick.

I doordashed this sandwhich and it came with the wrong bread, what tastes like miarical whip or expired mayo, and they didn’t even put cheese on the sandwhich and doordash only credited me $5 back, waste of money after working all day. super disappointed, my sandwhich is 3 ingredients… its not that hard. almost feels purposeful.

This was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. I’ve always stopped at subways during roadtrips across multiple states and the quality has always been great, this location however the quality was terrible. We ordered 2 sandwiches, they barely seemed like they toasted them, and it felt like half of the fillings were missing, my husband ordered a triple meat sub and we had to dissect his sandwich to find any meat, the sauces were barely even there, it felt like we were just eating bread and lettuce, extremely disappointed, train your people better.

Gross! Save your money, order elsewhere. I have had Subway many times in different locations and this was by far the worst experience. Everything tasted off, barely any toppings. Costs $24 for a foot long and large fountain drink. Not worth it.
