Absolutely ridiculous. I made a pickup order, showed up to it being canceled. So I waited, made another pick up order, and I literally watch them cancel it again right in front of me.
Ordering a sandwich in person is near impossible due to the lack of caring on the employees part.

Ordered my food online thinking that would speed up the process. Showed up to the store with 2 people ahead of me in line, then proceeded to wait 20 minutes past my pick-up time, because my sandwich wasn’t even made! I literally sat down and watched them make my food. Even with the crystal clear way I ordered my food, the toppings were still lacking. They’re putting on ingredients like it’s coming out of their paycheck. This Subway need to get its priorities checked

This Subway is amazing when it comes to customer service and gluten free options! When I come in they always know my order and are great at not cross contaminating the food. I always get an “egg taco” which is basically a breakfast sandwich minus the bread.

Everytime I’ve come into this Subway location with coupons or aquiring about a deal that has been advertised 9x out of 10 they won’t honor it. Then when you order your sandwich to be toasted, you see it go into the toaster, but it comes out just warm bread if that!!! Ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the toaster isn’t working well or maybe it’s a newer employee but when the same exact problem has happened every time I’ve gone in there then obviously something is going on.

Placed an online order went to pick it up and they said they have no order for me. Shows they canceled my order and charged my account for my order already. Guy was super rude and wouldn’t honor our order. Kept repeating that the online order system has an issue and that I can dispute my charges with my bank. but if I want my food they will need to charge me again. If you have an ongoing issue with your online ordering then you shouldn’t be allowing orders to come through. Just to tell customers sorry I will need to double charge you since it shows no order.

I would say for this Marysville location the staff was a bit impatient with the store app not working properly and just in general. It is a decent place, simple to find, clean, but I would rather go someplace that’s a bit more friendly and patient. UPDATE : Loni was all by herself when she picked up her phone from 1985. She doesn’t usually take over the phone order especially not with this phone that the owners need to seriously update. She made me a beautiful spicy Italian subs. The Marysville on 5th and State is one of the few places next to the Walmart on 64th who still has gluten free bread. Serious KUDOS to this, location and to Loni who was busily, running this store like a pro, filling both online and in store orders. This woman deserves a serious raise!!

Extremely clean store, extra fresh and crisp veggies, sandwich was toasted to perfection, perfect distribution on both mine and my wife’s sandwich total was 32.45 for 2 foot long spicy Italians one with extra meat and chips and a drink. Overall 200% better then any subway I’ve ever been to. When going to subway I will be going to THIS establishment.
