By accident, I posted the following review on the wrong Subway site… It’s this store that deserves the review!
I was responsible for ordering nine customized Subway sandwiches for delivery to an off-site meeting. Because I was heading out on vacation, I tried to place the order in advance, but the website wouldn’t allow it. I ended up calling the store and speaking with Cheryl, who was absolutely wonderful. She worked closely with me as I texted over the customized order, then manually set up the delivery time and location, processed my credit card payment, and even texted me a receipt.
Cheryl and her team truly went above and beyond to make sure my boss and his team received their lunch on time and exactly as requested. Every interaction was handled with kindness and professionalism, which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation without worry. I can’t say enough good things about this Subway location and its employees — they are rock stars!

Love this Subway it is my favorite one in Lake Stevens area. There’s a lady who works there named Angelica who is always so nice and makes the sandwiches perfect and is very nice to my daughter. I drive past a subway just to go to this one!

Anjelika is an incredibly friendly and polite person who pays attention to every detail of your sandwich, always with a smile and a warm, casual conversation. We absolutely adore her—especially my son, because she always remembers exactly how he likes his sandwich!

I don’t know what happened to this place? I ordered 2 1/2 sandwiches and it came to $32. On top of that, it was like they are trying to save money by putting less meat/cheese inside the sandwich. There was an older woman behind the counter issuing directions to the young man making my sandwiches. She made him use a weird piece of bread that was cut wrong (so the sandwich didn’t stay together) even after he tried to use another piece cut correctly. She also had him scrape off an entire scoop of tuna on another sandwich so that it was basically just moist bread. The dining area was also full of old appliances and chairs stacked on each other so there was no chance of eating there. I hope they change the way they are conducting business. For me, it’s Jersey Mikes from now on. For the same price I can get meat and cheese inside the bread.

I ordered here last night because the one on S Lk Stevens road closes earlier and as soon as I got the sandwiches, I remembered why I don’t come to this one. They are cheap and shady. The toppings are so damn skimpy. Skinny freaking sandwiches! Worst Subway in Lake Stevens!
