we arrived 8:40 the lady refused to let us in she said they are closed which here say the close at 9 and the problem when she saw our car parked she came immediately closed the door we are 6 people everyone take 12inch they just lost like 200 dollars with tips I don’t what to say owner asking why my restaurants not making money

Absolutely my favorite subway location of all!! I asked for a 6 inch BLT on italian herb and cheese with baja chipotle (my go to sandwich) and it was amazing. I know it’s a regular sandwich but the quality exceeded my usual expectations for subway. Atmosphere was clean and service was great, I’m surprised this location doesn’t have a better rating for what I experienced! I’m from out of state and was only in town visiting a friend, but whenever I come back I will be sure to work this into my plans 🙂

Employee was visibly rude to a customer when they asked for more lettuce on their sandwich and made the customer sit down while they made the sandwich. Horrible customer service, I hope you will join me in boycotting this location until they are forced to close it due to lack of profitability. Businesses with customer service this poor are not welcome in our community and we should make a point to spend our money at local businesses that appreciate our patronage and force businesses that fail to provide adequate customer service to close and go out of business. Let’s show corporate America and greedy franchisees what happens when they stop taking care of the people that allow them to stay in business.

Can never get my order right. Both times I order a chicken salad sandwich online. Nothing said it was out of stock. 1st time I got rotisserie chicken which tasted fine so I didn’t bother saying anything. 2nd time, it was “grilled” chicken and tasted absolutely disgusting. I had to pick it off just so I could eat something for dinner. Same dude both times, months apart. I tried to contact customer service but it was only a chat thing so I put in my email for them to contact me, which never happened, they just sent an automated email a couple days later saying it was resolved. Um no!? Do better Subway. I want my money back. Way too expensive for the stuff you get. I miss the old subway.

Friendly, polite and well manored staff here for all the “I want and that, that, that and that” these employees hear all day. Remember a please and thank you go along way and can make people feel appreciated. We ALL have feelings.

I ordered a sandwich from the new girl working. I ask for turkey, she puts 6 slices on the foot long…. So I ask for more, then get charged for extra meat. Won’t ever be going back. $20 for a sandwich is crazy

Person behind counter hardly spoke or understood English. Sandwich seemed to have less meat than other subway put on. Worst thing was when we went to fill soft drinks there was DOZENS of ants all over. Counter person didn’t seem interested when we told him. Needless to say that’s last time at that subway.
