Ordered at 7:10 online for pickup, got to the store and there was a line. Instead of making my order that I ordered 20 minutes ago, the worker made every other order in front of mine. I have been waiting here for over half an hour and my order was placed an hour ago. Employees need to learn priority or be better staffed, one girl was doing anything alone. While writing this I still have JUST received my order.

My family was waiting in a large line, while 2 people behind the counter were making orders. 1 was making sandwiches for patrons in the store and the other was making sandwiches for online orders. It made the line move slow, but it is understandable. However, what was not acceptable is when the manager told the 2nd employee to start making sandwiches for the online orders with her. This means we had a line of people, nearly to the door, waiting while they made sandwiches for no one in that line. When we asked if they could start helping the actual customers in line the managers response was. “The people who ordered online have already paid. If you don’t want to stand in line, than you should have ordered online.” So after wasting 15 min standing there, we decided to leave after receiving that response. I 100% realize that the current world revolves around online, but you cannot have a business with an open storefront that doesn’t serve the customers in that store. Live right down the road, but will not be back to this location.

Cosby is the best server at this location! I’m always running home late from work and whenever I’m feeling some subway I come by and he’s always there treating so professionally and nice! His attitude and attention to everything is amazing! He’s got a great attitude and an awesome mindset!

Went it to order 2 subs and food for the kid add chicken to sub but get it on the side have done it for years was told I can’t okay even though make it your way is plastered all over the store then try to order this 6” quantity chicken bowl listed on the menu in store for $8. Change get told no it’s $12.49 sure for a foot long listed in front of employees face not 6” was told manager won’t allow it then take it off the menu how hard is that ask for them to call the manager or give me number to call and refuses to do either

I got a roast beef sandwich with extra meat. This is what I paid for as well.
I got home with my sandwich and was surprised to find 4 slices of meat total. The reason I’m giving 4 stars the other gal who was there fixed it right away and was very nice about it!

Very MISSLEADING signs, the workers quoted 2 different prices. They said kids meals came with a cookie or chips then they changed it to a $.25 apple sauce cup and a tiny juice box. May as well eat at Costco. I won’t be back. Keep that they don’t know what their own prices are AND missing leading signs with small print.

Lettuce being used is about as brown as a dead lawn. Bathroom doesn’t lock and there was uncleaned blood laced pee all over the toilet seat. Do not recommend
