If i could give negative stars i would.
I placed a mobile order through the Subway app for pickup on 02/25/26 at 8:50 PM at this location. When I arrived, the employee told me that someone had already picked up my order and claimed they showed her a phone with my girlfriend’s name on it. That is not possible.
She then told me there was nothing she could do and that I had basically lost my money. She repeatedly said, “I don’t know, it’s not my fault,” and did not offer any solution or assistance.
Shortly after, the customer who had taken my order returned and admitted she was given the wrong order. She stated she gave a completely different name than my girlfriend’s. This directly contradicted what the employee had told me multiple times — that the customer showed her my girlfriend’s name on her phone.
Instead of taking responsibility for handing out the wrong order, the employee changed the story. The situation could have been handled professionally, but instead I was initially told I was out the money.

They questioned if I bought the sandwich and then would not gonna give it to me until I showed them proof and even after I provided my info(twice)I had to take it myself because they were not handing it over?!?… why would anyone or how would someone randomly know when and what name to use when asking for a pick up order? The staff is Incompetent and deserves ridicule. They’re just bizarre, like it was very strange, I’ve never ordered food given my name on the order but was still questioned on the Legitimacy of my purchase? Just tried like a bum or a thief.

Tried to order a sandwich and got it started and then told my friend what I wanted on the sandwich because I need to use the restroom. The Hispanic lady would not let my friend tell her what to put on my sandwich. Then proceeded to just put everything on it most of which I’m allergic too. Then when I came out she fought me over wasting the food and having to make it again.

How is there 24 grams of meat in that new roll???? Is there any proof because they give you a tea spoon if it. Crazy prices 5$ for extra scoop of meat ??? Going down the drain. Not going to subway anymore.

Absolutely the worst Subway in the State of Washington. Ordered a turkey sub, a box drink and a pretzel stick. When I got my order from Door Dash the guy said the lady said they were out of pretzel sticks. Fine. So I called the Subway, no answer. I finally got the manager/owner who said it was troublesome to give a refund back via card. He stated I could come to the store for my $3 or he would give me his phone number and he’d give $3 worth of food or whatever. The point is, everytime I go to this particular store, I have issues. Evertime. The sandwiches are made sloppily and even at $6.99 for a footlong, they’re still not worth it. Do not go here you will be disappointed. I am done with these guys. The owner did call me back and left his phone number because he wanted to make it right, what he should have done was refund my money over the phone the same way I paid. I won’t be going back, not even for my $3+tax, they won’t be in business for much longer if they keep doing what they’re doing. Let me be clear, I have no issues with the owner, he was polite and receptive, but the whole thing just leaves a bad taste in my mouth just like the turkey sub, which incidentally was missing cheese, one of the main components of the sandwich, plus I got regular mayo instead of the garlic aioli mayo I had requested. It was just a very horrible experience. Do not eat here.

The lady working really doesn’t understand English she didn’t put the right things on the sandwich overall it was a very bad experience when it recommends going there if you’re going after midnight oh and the price was ridiculous cost way too much for two sandwiches $40 ridiculous just for the sandwich nothing else so not worth it

The staff, despite continuous attempts to be kind was very rude today. Although there were only 2 others in line, my first sandwich went in the toaster and I wasn’t given a chance to order more until the second employee came up and took over. The first employee scowled the ENTIRE time I was there.
No care was taken with my food. I was given a deformed loaf of bread and the nachos were soggy before I even opened them (I ate inside). One of the worst subway experiences I’ve had. I’ll try again at the friendly Snohomish location.
