I placed a mobile order through the Subway app for pickup on 02/25/26 at 8:50 PM at this location. When I arrived, the employee told me that someone had already picked up my order and claimed they showed her a phone with my girlfriend’s name on it. That is not possible.
She then told me there was nothing she could do and that I had basically lost my money. She repeatedly said, “I don’t know, it’s not my fault,” and did not offer any solution or assistance.
Shortly after, the customer who had taken my order returned and admitted she was given the wrong order. She stated she gave a completely different name than my girlfriend’s. This directly contradicted what the employee had told me multiple times — that the customer showed her my girlfriend’s name on her phone.
Instead of taking responsibility for handing out the wrong order, the employee changed the story. The situation could have been handled professionally, but instead I was initially told I was out the money.
Standing in front of the menu at subway has become very disappointing. What I got compared to what I paid for it, pppffffff, won’t make this mistake again
The staff, despite continuous attempts to be kind was very rude today. Although there were only 2 others in line, my first sandwich went in the toaster and I wasn’t given a chance to order more until the second employee came up and took over. The first employee scowled the ENTIRE time I was there.
No care was taken with my food. I was given a deformed loaf of bread and the nachos were soggy before I even opened them (I ate inside). One of the worst subway experiences I’ve had. I’ll try again at the friendly Snohomish location.
