My daughter was in town for a State Bowling tournament and the team ordered lunch here. She ordered ahead the only salad on the team. It was entirely wrong (she ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad). It was somehow drenched in mayonnaise, which she hates. She brought it back (mind you, they only had a half hour break) and told them and they said “no, it’s correct” and did not offer to rectify the situation and make her another salad. So SHE DID NOT EAT FOR HER TOURNAMENT (I was not with her) since she can’t stomach mayonnaise (it was supposed to be sweet onion sauce). This did not go well for her day. What kind of mistrained people are you employing that they offer such bad customer service?!?!?!? Don’t bother eating here.

This is an updated review from my last visit a year ago when the worker said they were closed 35 minutes to closing (9/24/24). I normally get a footlong as a combo at all subway regardless of price difference. Well guys I have never had a sadder $13 footlong. The contents you ask ? Salami, spinach and cucumber. Why so simple ? Cause all the ingredients I wanted they didn’t have or carry. I asked if they had avocado and she said yes. They did not infact have avocado; it was a guacamole spread my face could not stop expressing the disbelief, what subway doesn’t carry their ingredients. When she told me the total of $18 after I grabbed a Gatorade and I’m not getting a combo ?! Yeah I put the Gatorade back and I should have stuck with my original plan of just going to dukes if I knew subway would be equivalent in pricing. Very dissatisfied & the fact that this visit is a month shy of it being a whole year from my last visit where the employee said they were closed after he just finished making sandwiches. If you’re going to be independently owned and not carry subways full ingredient list please list yourself as another sandwich shop instead of ruining their name and moto. Definitely did not get my sandwich made the way I wanted, I had to go to Safeway and spend that $6 I would’ve on that Gatorade for the rest of the ingredients to my sandwich and a Gatorade which is only $1.87. In all honesty I should’ve left with no sandwich but I felt bad the girl made it already. Like would you pay $13 for a sad sappy sandwich with only 3 ingredients? If the food could get 0 stars I’d give it. The subway in SeaTac is way better & 24 hours customer service there is 5 star and their bread doesn’t taste stale

The restaurant was just meh. Standard subway, nothing impressive, but also not bad either. The place was clean, but there was some high pitched beeping sound that went off every five minutes or so. Probably the slowest sandwich maker I’ve seen, but she was nice.

I had a fantastic experience at the Subway on Fun Centre Way in Tukwila. The Indian origin service man from Punjab was courteous, efficient, and ensured my sandwich was made exactly to my preference. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and friendly attitude made my meal especially enjoyable. He worked quickly during a busy lunch rush while treating every customer with patience and respect. I noticed he maintained a clean and organized work area and offered helpful suggestions for menu options. His professionalism is a credit to this Subway location, and I look forward to coming back for another great meal.

I had a really frustrating experience with this Subway location. Despite their posted hours, they were still closed at 10:30 AM! To make matters worse, there was clearly someone inside who deliberately hid when I approached. This isn’t just a one-time issue—if you’re planning to visit, I strongly recommend calling ahead to make sure they’re actually open. It’s incredibly inconvenient to show up expecting service, only to find the doors locked and no explanation. A little transparency and reliable hours would go a long way!

The overall experience was uncomfortable. We wanted to order two gluten free sandwiches and a protein bowl. When we asked for the gluten free bread we were told they didn’t have any, so instead we ordered salads. The salads were only half the usual amount and they didn’t even have enough lettuce for the protein bowl. The lettuce that we did revive was brown and wilted. The person who was making the sandwiches had their AirPods in the entire time. It was an extremely long wait and there was only one person working.

This review is for the morning of April 15. First, I’ll say the store itself is nice and clean, and the sandwich quality is what you’d expect from a typical Subway franchise.
However, what made me give this a 1-star rating was the employee. I ordered a DOUBLE meat tuna sandwich (not deluxe), which should come with 8 scoops of tuna. The employee only gave me 6 scoops. When I pointed this out, instead of fixing it, she doubled down and insisted she gave 8. I worked at Subway for over a year, so I know exactly how this works. Everyone makes mistakes, and I’m usually pretty understanding, but the refusal to acknowledge the mistake is what really frustrated me.
