I went this place twice, and did not have a good experience. this is my last to try any subway sandwiches. The sandwiches I bought we try it, none of my children like it, so we felt bad though food, but what can we do. If you love to cook, it is hard to eat out.

So I literally walked near this subway and the one person working there turned off the open sign when he saw me at 8:21 pm on a Thursday. I walked by and he was clearly making a personal call on his own phone not wanting to open the restaurant. He waved me away and said we’re not open. The website clearly says they are open until 1 am. It was a dark haired looking dude, maybe Persian or Arab, and I hope his manager sees this and he gets in trouble. Very frustrating and unacceptable behavior.

Should be called ” we’ll make you whatever sandwich we want you to have”. I order thru Door Dash and I specifically select ” if option is not available to contact me”, this doesn’t matter AT ALL to them. They will make your sandwich however they feel, missing 3 out of 6 ingredients, give you zero cookies you paid for, and instead of the chips you ordered and paid for, well they send you a bag of whatever they feel you deserve. It doesn’t matter the time of day you order, EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess up the order. I don’t know how they are staying in business at this point… WOW

Took forever to make my order. The two employees were talking to each other most of the time and no mask while making the sandwiches. I ordered 3 sandwiches but they don’t taste good at all. We only ate one and threw the rest away in the trash. $40 for nothing.

Shortly after walking into the restaurant to order sandwiches the man behind the glass kept looking to his coworker and smirking. I ordered a sandwich and he continued to look at his coworker and laughed. Right before he wrapped the sandwich up I noticed the knife he pulled out of the bucket by the bar had a lot of liquid coming off of it and he held it vertical to drip a watery substance all the way down the sandwich. I don’t believe he was aware I saw him do this. I asked him what the liquid coming off of the knife was and he said it was mustard and it was fine (I didn’t get mustard on my sandwich and I also saw that it was clearly a watery liquid coming off not a yellow condiment. I asked him to make a different sandwich and told him that I wouldn’t be taking the one he just put an unidentified liquid all over. He stormed off to the back and took the container with liquid and knives with him. I asked his coworker to make me another sandwich and he did and I asked what was in the container that was holding the knives. He informed me it wad sanitizer. So this subway employee made sure to drip a large amount of sanitizer all over a sandwich in hopes I wouldn’t notice then got upset when I did. This is not okay. That could really make someone sick and something should be done about that.

Employees were not greeting people as they walk in the door. Too caught up in their conversation having people wait. Continue to have their conversation while prepping our sandwiches. More veggies then steak for the steak & cheese sandwich. Messy preparation on sandwich bread. When you request to add a “little” they add “extra”.

It’s late and I have an early flight, I needed a snack so off I went. The great guy working was all alone, and there was a difficult customer in front of me, 3 customers behind me. He was friendly with everyone, made my sandwich just how I wanted quick and no fuss. That guy was awesome!!!
