Five stars. Posting this specifically to counter some unfair and frankly ugly reviews.
I come to this Subway regularly, and the reality does not match what some reviewers are claiming.
To Ethan-Karen Michael: the comment about English comprehension is just wrong. The staff here understand orders perfectly well, follow Subway recipes correctly, and my sandwiches are consistently made exactly as ordered. Communication has never been an issue for me—not once. If your sandwich was “made wrong,” that has not been my experience across many visits.
To Kiymbah-Karen Tytania: portioning here has been standard and by-the-book, which is literally how Subway trains employees. Toppings are added correctly, the food is fresh, and service is efficient. Comparing this location to another city’s Subway and calling it “the worst” feels exaggerated. I’ve never been ignored, never seen “invisible customers,” and I’ve always been helped promptly.
To Georgia-Karen: I can’t speak to a specific refund issue, but in-store service has been fast, clean, and professional every time I’ve been there. Orders are prepared quickly and accurately, and the store is well run.
There is one woman in particular who works here regularly who is consistently kind, calm, and professional. She follows the recipes, keeps the place clean, and moves quickly even when it’s busy. This location is reliable, friendly, and pleasant—exactly what a Subway should be.
Some of the negative reviews say a lot more about the reviewers than about this store. If you want a clean, fast Subway with staff who do their jobs correctly, this is a good location. I’ll keep coming back.

This place is horrible to order from and I don’t know how a Subway can put the little amount of meat on a sandwich. Ordered online 20 minutes in advance and the order was not made until I got there. The amount of chicken was so small. I now understand why this place is always empty.

When the person making your food can speak and understand English, your sandwich comes out pretty good. Sadly nobody here has the English comprehension better than a 5 year old.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. She barely put toppings on my sandwich, no customer service, she made me wait while she made a sandwich for an invisible person, she could have at least toasted mine and made the other one while I waited. I think I’m spoiled since the subway in Wallingford had exceptional service.

Yeah the bread was really good here I I was impressed you know you never think like a Subway or something’s in a grocery store you kind of low expectations cuz other food right outside the door so. Really my only complaint was that there wasn’t a restroom in the store but they said the homeless have been trashing it.

Do not use the subway app at this store. One week later I’m still fighting for a refund for an order they never filled. I’ve been lied to, treated rudely, and scammed out of my money. Whatever you do don’t place orders thru the app with this store.
